1. Working as intended and working as designed. The cookie has a max duration of eight hours and is set to delete itself on browser close. The Seattle web devs think this equals security. No one's sure why repeatedly typing your password (sometimes multiple times a day) is secure.
2. No idea. -

I like the exclusivity of my Prestige Power slide and Cape of the Four Winds, thankyouverymuch! I was around then and paid a premium investing in this game (again) based on the perks in those packages, which were advertised as exclusive.
Allowing someone else to buy it on the PMarket changes nothing. They can theoretically still get it now, they just have to be patient and possibly pay a bigger premium than you paid (or possibly MUCH LESS, like myself). -

And count me in with Lothic: animated hair. Please? My favorite thing about my Warcraft Paladin was when I cast a spell, my ponytail would whip about.
Don't judge me. -
You can just open up the mids build save file and it's a text list just like a forum export. Save a build to disk and send it to yourself through email.

You... You come into a thread about DFB... and say "IF" you team? The thread is about DFB. The comment was that a person DFBs for shards on their 50. You can't DFB without a team. Of course you're going to have a team for it.

This is what the OP is all about for the love of Pete. It's like some people are reading the wrong thread. lol

During Habashy's arc (the one directly out of the tutorial) you are directed to call him at one point, which means you have to look at your contact list. It does say you can run back to him, though. I don't think you should be able to do that, I think it should force you to call him like some of the other newish "call in" missions that don't complete until you ACTUALLY call the contact.

Well, of course it would be insps dropped on you by teammates, that's what the OP said.

If you've already boosted your petition up to a senior specialist, you've already appealed and got the no-go. Sorry.

I just wanna know how to get -135% range, does that mean he has to be standing on your other side and firing/attacking from behind?!?

It's definitely a design limit, because they don't have to be part of the "jumping mode" (I'm not 100% sure what it's actually called) - powers that are flagged with "jumping mode" are mutually exclusive, but can be run alongside any power that is not flagged with "jumping mode" - we're able to run sprint/etc alongside CJ/SJ/etc because sprint/etc is not flagged with "jumping mode".
There's "fly mode" and "stealth mode" and probably several other mutually-exclusive "modes" that I'm forgetting.
Note that design decisions are less likely to be changed than mechanical limitations overcome. -
Go into the tailor and hit the button that says "Hide UI". You won't get the character's name, but it works.
(You'll have to paste this into image editing software and save it there.) -
Knockdown is knockback that is .67 or lower magnitude. Essentially, there is no such mechanic as knockdown, it's just a term to distinguish between results.
Quick Strike's magnitude is .7 so it's going to be knockback, not knockdown, but it's going to be extremely short range, little more than flopping onto their back. (The lower the magnitude above .67, the less range they get knocked.)
It's also only a 25% chance, so it won't happen all the time. -

My account had a hiccup during billing once and I was preemie for about a day and a half, the thing I missed most was my character slots. I couldn't play any character I wanted, I had to carefully choose which character I wanted to play because the choice was semi-permanent.
I did also miss the free-to-VIP things like SSAs and power sets/costumes. -
I have never taken Confront, but I've taken Taunt on multiple tanks/brutes and use it regularly, and I use the taunt in kheldian lobster form regularly. Even solo.
However, if I have a tight build and need to drop a power to fit in something I really want, Taunt is the first to go. -
You register for a Titan Key at http://www.cohtitan.com and you use that same login for all of the Titan sites, including the forums.

Quote:The question you are asking is answered in the sentence before the one you're confused about.1) Where the wiki says "Attacks made after the Taunt is applied have their Threat multiplied by 1,000 * Duration ... [etc. rest of formula.]" If that's true, how do I pull aggro the first time I taunt? Because I haven't done damage after the Taunt was applied, and yet mobs almost always veer towards my tanker doing the Taunt.
I wonder if the initial Taunt itself is counted as "damage," thus giving the Tanker (or other taunter) a head-start on "damage" by 2,000 - 4,000 points or so.

Smart quotes: “ ” <-- see how they're curly?
Regular quotes: " " <-- see how they're straight?
The game does not accept smart quotes as part of a command. Copying and pasting your binds will fail. You need to replace all your curly quotes with straight quotes. -
Anything in the Account tab can be claimed one time by every character on your account. (Stacks of items can be claimed at once, and you can claim everything in succession with one button click.) None of this stuff is tradeable.
Anything in the Character tab can be claimed ONE TIME by ONE CHARACTER, period. (Stacks of items can be claimed one at a time.) Some of this stuff is tradeable, but most of it is not. -

Scroll down on the right hand side of the alpha recipes. There's iTrial component recipes for all of them.

Nearly every fantasy game (not just MMO) has gear wear. You have to spend your in-game money to repair your gear, which is maintaining your stats, not improving them. Replacing SOs is similar to gear wear.

Yes, Null's option will stop the popup from even appearing.
