It's time for me to call it quits, and I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to the Liberty server that has been my home for more than four years. I came to City of Heroes with friends from another online game, but I've made a ton of new friends here and had some great times. I walk away with hundreds of wonderful memories and zero regrets. I've teamed up with just about everybody here at some point and you've all been wonderful. I wish you all the best, both in game and in life.
And yes. Have my stuff. Merry Christmas.

i really liked the thread about things we want in bases that already exist in the game...even hitting some of the items on that list would be a huge boost for me
-
while I did love my earth/trick arrow, oil slick also makes Rocky run away, which can be a bit of a pain since most of his attacks are melee.
-
I respeced from fly to leaping because I found fly to just be too slow overall. My fire/rad is my primary task force runner and fly always left me last to the mission. The immob protection from combat jumping is great as well. I skipped acrobatics for a kb protection IO slotted in combat jumping and it gets the job done.

don't be afraid of change! will take some getting used to though...I can't get any of the dev tracker posts to show up

I can help out if the time is right, in game @alyiah

Alyiah (Hebrew for ascender) Jordan (variant of Yarden, Hebrew for descend or flow down, name of the Jordan River)

I'm down, pretty much the same situation. @alyiah in the game, I mostly play weeknights and randomly throughout the weekend, although I will be holidayin' this weekend and not on at all.

Those with Granite Armor and wings will not so much "fly" as "plummet".

plummeting with style? -
since all we can do at this point is guess, I'll take a guess: The bonuses from the accolades are the same and available to both sides, so even if we get access to the badges on both sides, we won't get access to the powers they offer. I don't know how things work under the hood, so that may mean that heroes can't unlock villain accolades alltogether (and vice versa), which is okay with me.
The only one that would be nice is Ten Times the Victor for villains so they could get the witch hat, although the magic booster pack has filled that hole. -
Just saw this and wanted to say thanks for all your hard work, this tool has been a huge part of my CoX experience. Best wishes to Mids and good luck Steiner!

Thank you very much for playing and reviewing my arc. I don't know how supervillains in a prison for supervillains can seem out of place, but it's true, they don't advance the storyline any. I thought it would be fun, and that kind of thing is fun for me. To each their own.
The mission contact did say in orange highlighted text that there won't be more than an hour to stop the summoning before you accept the final mission, but I revised the test to pointedly say "you will have at most one hour to stop him." Hopefully that will make it clear to future players.
Thanks again. -
i've never had more fun with a build than my earth/storm, and never been tempted to roll the exact same build a second time just because it was so much fun, except for my earth/stormer.
you won't do much damage early on, so hopefully you have vet powers (earth's -def makes them viable) or plentiful teammates. -
I played and rated yours. Here is mine:
#4824 - The Legacy Chain Task Force
Heroic alignment
Four missions for levels 45-50
Enemies: Circle of Thorns, Longbow, Mother Mayhem's minions, custom
A Legacy Chain agent has followed a mage to Paragon City and seeks your help to take him down, but it appears he's not telling you the whole story. Stop the summoning of the Demon Kings before it's too late, and help lead a broken team of heroes to redemption. Team recommended for final EB/AV and several optional EB/AVs. -
I'd like to submit mine for this:

despite the badge change, I'm going through and playing the arcs on this list and adding mine in the comments line. I still like to see good stories and creative use of the system. hopefully I'll get some plays back on my arc.

congrats...looks like the one star bandit is back again...

I've been working through these and the ones I see in LBX, I have quite a few to play yet (since I can't stay off the creator myself).
I have a new one up:
The Wyvern Task Force
65453
Factions: Arachnos, Custom, Council
Created by @alyiah1
Medium difficulty (boss is an EB max, ranked boss on lower settings), Four missions long, low on requirements and can be done quickly
You seek out a Wyvern agent to aid their battle against up-and-coming heroes. The agent you're working with seems to have been in the field too long, however, and is not very easy to work for.
