Then, it would seem, their issues were not resolved.
I saw this message about 12 hours ago. Soooo.... How the party at the D going? Have the flowers wilted yet?

Last night, we had some network issues here at the office. First, Zwillinger and Freitag disconnected but I stayed online since I was on Wifi and was able to wrap up things in Pocket D #2. We were nearly done with the maps and only had Pocket D #7 (OMG Pocket D 7?!) to hit with codes/titles when my network went down as well. Keep in mind, this was around 8:30 and our network guys are at home.
Bah, that's more detail than you probably need. Here's what I'm going to do to make things right.
I'll be logging on this afternoon at 4PM PDT and will distribute titles and Dark Matter codes throughout how ever many Pocket D instances we get up and running.
Thanks for your understanding and I'll see you guys in a few hours.

the Dark Matter codes are not all that random. If you have a faster internet connection and a windowed setup, or a second machine running next to yours, then you are MUCH more likely to get the code. Because the code is announced, and you can cut paste into the other machine. Really its a hardware and skill test. That aint random. Just saying.

We're giving them away in Pocket D by directly messaging those in the zone. This is a truly random process.

I don't usually don't go off on stuff like this, but you had multiple ways to let us know not to waste our time. Yeah I know the codes are random, but that's not the point. You get on today to give out codes and titles and us on the west coast are still at work.
This is just very poor respect for you customers.
They lost access to the internet. How would they access Twitter without access to the internet?

Dev's stated they were having network issues and would be back ASAP. Two and half hours later and we still have a handful of people waiting in Pocket D 7. No word, no twitter, no post on official boards.
