Finally! A use for my character Bugdude, who's been living in a dumpster in King's Row for approximately five years.

Bugdude's been pretty useless otherwise. Maybe now he can feel like he's done something worthwhile.

Lot of good looking bugs showed up. I was surprised and pleased I made it as far as I did. Didn't think I stood a chance against the competition.

Oh and color me stupid for not knowing this but is that Rulu-Shin code an account unlock or specific character.

I placed 3rd in the contest but didn't "win" anything except a bit of fun. Anyone know what the prizes were exactly? And if you happened to win, did you get anything yet? I'm hoping I wasn't forgotten...

Anyway, when I was chosen as a finalist and teleported away from pocket d I ended back in preatoria rather than Paragon Dance Party. Seems there is a bug where praetorians aren't allowed in.

It was cool though, Freitag and Mod 9 kept me company:

If they asked for your email and region I believe you're going to be sent a code for that Rulu-Shin costume.

Thanks for the info. So I won a free month and a costume code! Righteous!

They did ask me for my email address and region but no codes as of yet. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Same thing happened to me as well. I tried to spread word though chat on this to warn people to not enter a Praetorian, guess not everyone saw it.

I was told by Frietag I won a costume code for being a runner-up. He told me to expect it in my email early next week sometime. I imagine with the holiday it will probably be Tuesday or so that we receive our codes.

I would love to see pics like the others though. All in all, I am very proud of the community. I saw lots of great costumes, and a lot of creativity.

This was my original costume before I tweaked it for the contest with new shoulders, a belt, fiery path aura, etc. Had this character for several years.

strike that the sat 26th one is in regards to europe........ they really should have put that in the actual forum post at the begining of the thread.......... me an another guy thought it was tonight like a second round.

Sorry this thread was probably the 5th thread in a row I posted in where I saw the devs/game owners/whoever doing something that I disagreed with and was annoyed when I posted that comment.

This in particular was the 2nd thread where something wasn't announced on these forums, why have a forum if you aren't going to use it properly, we don't all want to check twitter, fbook or whatever the hell tumblr is to see stuff that they should be providing us with on their own website!

I haven't received a code or anything yet but I'm sure that will come down the pipeline later this week when they are sure there are no ahem -bugs- with the latest update. I'm regretting not taking any screenshots but hopefully the Devs will put those up soon too.

They announced it on the CoH Homepage, and I guess they assumed that would be enough.
