I played around with a concept in my head shortly after I read the announcement (and broke the news to the players on PinnBadges), but forced myself not to work on it.
My fear was if I did, I would tweak, re-tweak, delete, redesign, tweak, etc... until I ruined the costume second guessing myself. I do things like that.

No code here yet either. I guess by next week they meant next next week? Oh well, I'm too busy with i23 to care right now.
In the same boat. Nuthin yet. Although the new stuff put out has kept me busy as well. I'm curios who won in the other judging event.

Dunno. Although I think they are trying to do some servers they haven't held contests on before.
Its too bad the costume code for the May winners isn't related to the content released in Issue 23. That would have been awesome.
Sorry for the delay in sending out the codes.
I passed them off to Hit Streak and Freitag and they should be able to have them out to everyone at some point this week. Be sure to keep an eye on your email!

Anyone get codes yet?
I haven't seen anything either and have checked my email daily. Kinda strange since usually it only takes them a few minutes to give you a costume code. Maybe the hold up is arranging the hour of play or something.
Still have not gotten mine either.
I assume they are busy working on the bugs right now, so I will continue to be patient.

Unfortunately I was (unexpectedly) out of the office for this Costume Contest. Why does this matter? Well, normally I take the screenshots on my machine as it's a bit more robust (it's set up to do things such as live stream and stage screenshots for Community assets) and can handle Ultra Mode with all the bells and whistles. Sometimes I'll do them from home if I can (my machine there can take some nice screenshots), however in this case I wasn't even able to do that.
Freitag was kind enough to take screenshots in my absence, however upon review, and through no fault of his own, they're not exactly up to par with the quality that I expect from assets posted via official channels.
So the end result is, we're unable to share images for this month's costume contest . I'm really sorry about this and I'll do my absolute best to be present at the next one.

You know there's something amiss when all the employee's of Paragon Studios don't have machines capable of laughing in the face of Ultra Mode.

This means that artists usually have the beefiest machines, then coders, then everyone else, with the exceptions for things like multimedia.
I think they give producers a notepad and a box of pens.

What screen caps?
This in particular was the 2nd thread where something wasn't announced on these forums, why have a forum if you aren't going to use it properly, we don't all want to check twitter, fbook or whatever the hell tumblr is to see stuff that they should be providing us with on their own website!
