i23 Costume wishes?

Okay, I had heard we're supposed to get the chain mail stuff from the Knights which is marvelous! It looks great on the mobs I've seen so far. I have a wish, though... first one is obvious, someone please tell me we're going to get those Night Hound jackal heads as beast heads? I would greatly appreciate that!

The second wish? Epoch's robe? That is absolutely lovely and I think the men can use more ellaborate, detailed pieces like this! Any ideas on whether these things are going to be implemented? Is it something safe to toss into the costume wish list since they're in Beta?

Any other things we've seen in the new content anyone else would like?

To be clear, according to the i23 details that went live early we are slated to get 3 full sets with i23, one of which being tier 9 VIP.

The three sets are: chainmail, leather armor, and mecha (VIP).

The copy on that original release referred to something like "or be a Yeoman archer" which has me hoping that we will finally get a quiver. I badly want a quiver of some sort.

I desperately want the Drudge heads/faces and related details available to Player Characters!!

With a cherry on top?

No, not on the heads... on the request.

I'm hoping that we get the full Black Knight armor set and weapons and not JUST the chainmail because those armors look kickass.

This.
I guess we will get the tights for free with I23 and they will sell the armor set.

Hell, that still works for me.

This is where I am at. I get that set and I really don't give a crap about what else is in this issue. At the least I hope they will sell those armor pieces to me. I can already get a chainmail look in the game. Tights with mesh, and the Olympian set all have a micromail look. The rest of the black knight set just makes all the other armor options in the game look pathetic.

I so hope this is not one of the issues where the Devs are keeping to cool pieces for the NPC. For the record though, I can see where the Dread Templar chest piece would be kept from us.

I hope we get:
chainmail hood
helmet
2 pairs of shoulders pads, one with the spiked asymetric, one with doble pad.
chestplate
4 belts: leather, plate, and 2 plates asymetric.
boots
spiked plated with straps bracers
leather tight
chainmail tight
shield
sword

Looks like a complete costume set, I dont care if I have to pay for it. Looks too cool to get it for free, I guess.

How about some toes on the Flat/Bare foot model? It's always bugged me.

Also, the Monsterous Legs need a color-tintable fur skin. Currently the "cat" model has a tintable one, but not the wolfish one.

I'd pay 800 PP for that top with the bottom point coming up higher to be hidden by insignias. Both of the competition have this available and it'd just be great to finally have my main look exactly how he's supposed to. (Thank you to Imperial Defense for the gloves, boots, and belt, BTW.)

Two of the most-requested costume piece sets for the last two years (at least) have been Carnies and Sibyls. One we now have at least a few pieces for, the other remains conspicuously missing.

The most-used explanation why we can't (or don't) have Sibyl costume pieces has been the fear of multiple cape rigs interfering with game performance and/or server stability. In the distant past, this was a valid concern; I remember when Hami raids pretty much required characters to have a raid outfit without capes or auras, due to the crushing lag. But now processing power is leagues ahead, both on servers and home computers, and it might just be time.

On this approach, I couldn't help but notice the proliferation of waistcapes throughout i22 Dark Astoria. We've got mobs of enemies sporting them, across multiple factions of baddies. Now, I personally wonder if the sudden spike in these waistcapes is really just a sneaky way of testing how the game will handle multiple cape rigs in larger numbers than the handful of Sibyls and Widows we've seen them on so far.

As cool as the Sybil outfits are I could see where the Devs would want to keep them "NPC only" even if there wasn't an issue with waist-cape network bandwidth. Having said that I obviously wouldn't mind if we could eventually get some variant Sybil outfit parts that would be similar to the NPC one but not identical so that we could have something to play with.

Another vote for a Kheldian Sash for male characters.

I want the rest of the IDF chest detail.

You know, the part that goes on the BACK of the character? You know, like the NPC's have?

Yeah, I want that.

As far as new things in Beta that we'd like to see (likely as paid for packs, separate from the free costumes we'll be getting with I23):

Wishes? It looks like I'm getting my wish with the BEAUTIFUL knight costume pieces. Outside of that, I'd pay top Paragon Points for a fiery broadsword aura - something like Valkyrie's sword or Romulus' Nictus blade. I realize it's a niche request, though.

I can get behind this for major NPCs. Like I don't want Manti's MAsk, that is his, and it would suck if every Tom, Dick, and Harry had it.

On the other hand, if I can go out on the street and find large groups to beat the crap out of, then they should give me the option to have those costume items. After all, if I want them, I can find a mob to take them from.

Sybils are a bit rare, so I can buy that. CoT hats and long skirts, I can find those in almost every zone in the game. I should be able to just beat *** and take one if I want it. If I have to pay Paragon points to say that I did that *** beating, than so be it.

We should have access to common mob costuming because those mobs are common. They are easy to find, easy to beat, and easy to take their stuff.

Like the Black Knight armor (which I am in love with), I could walk into their camp and drop just 1 Ion Judgement. I am sure I would be able to pick parts to fit me from all those bodies.

The CoL costume pack was a step in the right direction. The CoT pack was close, but they held back a few pieces they knew we wanted bad. I really hope they plan to release them later.

Going forward, ALL NPC art assets should be designed with the plan of giving the players access to those items. The exception being Major NPCs like BABs and his gloves.

Any set that has a Rularuu, Mot, Prae Hami, or Shivan theme would tickle me beyond measure. Think body eyeballs, tentacle back pieces, transparent, gelatinous body parts, nasty, monstrous heads and the like.

Yeah, I want -monster- characters.

I can take or leave the heads, but I'd really like those goofy bobby hats they wear. Those are bobby helmets, aren't they?

Everything else I'd like has either been mentioned already or falls into the realm of customizing a power-called model (i.e., Mastermind-type pets and player-model replacements like Kheldian forms and Granite Armor).
