I've also noticed the same animation when you accept a "mystic fortune buff" from another player.
NCSOFT may take away our servers and beloved dev team, but they can't break our spirit and community. with all your power, NCSOFT, your victory will be bitter-sweet. I, personally will be there to laugh at you when you face-plant into the ground.
ive noticed this too.
but i loved the exploding bug they used to have on the council hoverbots and rikti drones a while back.
one of my favorite bugs ever lol.

Confirmed on my (non-huge) male Dark/WP brute as well.
Going into the Character Creator, Heightened Senses is playing that animation on all three models for all four ATs that can select it.

OK, so now we know that accepting Mystic Fortune, and/or activating Heightened Senses will cause the character to play the animation for Dragons Tail.
And since we're talking about powers misbehaving, the Greater Fire Sword on a Tanker plays a sound that's used by Croatoa Ghosts when they attack. I'm not sure if other ATs do it.

receiving one of the magic buffs also made my fire/ss tank footsweep.
Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.

I've also noticed that anybody (not just WP-bearing characters) who receives Mystic Fortune does the Dragon's Tail animation. I'm considering linking it to a macro that says "Your fortune predicts breakdancing."

Since the patch I've noticed that activating Heightened Senses plays the martial art sweep attack (Dragon Tail?) as it's activation, at least on the Huge model, Brute AT (the only WP I've tried it on).
This is amusing looking. Don't hurry to fix it.
