When all enhancements set to +5 (or any value other than even) it also sets ATO's to +5 and calculate their value according to that while ATO's can't be boosted to +5. It is also true for procs that can't be boosted but since procs efficiency does not change with level it seems like it does not effect anything.

I can also confirm resistance bug on gamblers cut with a achielles -res proc and like Psychic Guardian pointed out it says resistance debuff in attributes.

Not sure if this is an issue with Mids or with my understanding of how ATEs should work....

Is there a reason that the Brute's ATE set can't be placed in Pool Power attacks (Boxing, Kick, Jump KIck, Spring Attack, etc)?

Can it be put in there in game? I don't think so. Ditto epic powers.

Likewise, there are bunch of Dominator powers that don't accept the Dominator set, even though they should.

ATE sets go into AT powersets only! Seems logical to me....

That means not in epic or pool powers!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the updates and ongoing work

Mids kept me in this game for ages, then after a few months break I came back partly because I missed making builds!

I didn't ask what seemed logical to anybody. I asked if there was a reason Mid's didn't allow it to be slotted. By that, I meant specifically, "How does it work in-game? And how is it intended to work in-game? And is Mid's correctly reflecting this?" Sorry for the confusion.

I'm sure to many people the restriction of an ATE to use be a specific AT seems an equally logical restriction. Using this logical interpretation, it should go into any power that the given AT in question can use.

I checked the wiki on cohtitan, and the only restriction it mentions is that they must be slotted into click damage powers. This would seem to preclude even AT powers like Death Shroud or even Dull Pain, both of with fit within the list of logical powers by the logic you have chosen to follow.

Is it possible to allow ATO's to be put in Fire tanker blazing aura? They changed it in the patch but I can't do it in Mids.

On scrapper ATE (and on other ATE's except dominator, mastermind and cotroller) it speicifcly says it can be slotted by all (for some sets it says some) scrapper damage power. Now what is logical or what is not is subjective mostly but from wording I understand it can only be slotted in primary or secondary damage powers of a scrapper since neither pool powers nor epic powers are actullay 'scrapper' damage powers (considering we are talking about damage powers)

A friend of mine just told me that there seem to be a bug with PvP bonuses satcking. In Mids, those PvP bonuses stack with "classic" bonuses, ignoring the "rule of five".

For example, if you have five 2.5% Recovery "classic" bonuses, and five same bonuses, but from PvP bonuses (and I mean PvP bonus from PvP set, not PvE bonus from PvP set), they will stack and give you ten 2.5% Recovery bonuses. The "Active Sets" window doesn't report the usual ">Cap" message, and "Totals" show totals with those 10 bonuses.

My friend told me that it's not how it works in PvP, and the 5 bonuses rule apply whether your bonus comes from classic or PvP bonus.

Question in case anyone has figured it out (or something similar) and can point me to the correct way...

I usually delete the "Boost Up" power data from the Gaussian's Chance for Buildup so I can see the modified to-hit of my attacks taking Focused Accuracy into account without the bonus/boosted to-hit/damage from the Build Up effect.

Now, if I delete, or modify, that Boost Up on this IO, it comes back after I exit and relaunch the program.

I hate having to add/delete the IO every time I want to see values that aren't inflated by the 5% Build-up. Has anyone figured out a way to edit something like this and get the edit to actually stick/save?

Haven't seen Hami's mentioned... Enzymes aren't showing their correct values, though membranes reflect accurately. Noticing no movement to defense values with enzymes when adding to or removing from slots. Unsure about the others since I only deal with this particular hami.

Enzymes no longer buff defense.
This was patched in i22. No Hami-O buffs things it is no longer supposed to buff.

You can throw an Enzyme into a defense power that takes EndRedux, but the Defense Debuff doesn't translate into a Defense Buff anymore.

This was reported a month or two back and there was a rush to strip them from builds.

Im getting several powers with inflaated damage on stalkers. Did i break something or is it a bug?

Check to see if your Assassination power is toggled on. That'll determine whether or not you get crit-from-hide damage.

This is an unintentional side effect of a change I made to the way Enhancement powers are stored. You can actually find them in the standard powers editor now, under a category called Boosts. It's a PITA to work with right now, though, due to the fact that every single enhancement is its own powerset (don't ask me why, ask the Devs, I'm just using their naming convention). The enhancement window isn't saving changes to powers because of this move, but that's something I'm going to fix next version. In the meantime, you'll have to go there to edit it.

It wasnt. For an example spinning strike from street justice is saying it does 614 damage unslotted.

Ah, yeah, Street Justice and a couple other powers are showing the damage of all their combo levels combined. I'll fix that next release.

A small oddity I noticed today...

I have the Tanker ATO proc slotted in Smite. The resistance bonus is being enhanced by the Musculature Alpha for some reason.

To those having issues with Mids taking longer to load I just had the same issue on my work pc that I dont have on my home pc.
Now my home pc is MUCH more powerful than my work but I noticed that my Kaspersky AV was using >20% CPU usage when Mids was loading and as soon as Mids opened the AVP.exe (Kaspersky process) went down to 0% CPU.

I added Mids as an exception (shhh dont tell my SysAdmin) and Mids opened noticably faster (by approx 7-10 seconds).

The contractor renovating my bathroom won't be done until Tuesday or so of next week. After I get back home, I'll start working on the various Mids issues that people have reported.

Thanks for the update... its been good to work with the new sets.

However, I think Mid's is using the old Beta data/values for Dark Affinity; it's not matching what's on Live currently. (ex. Fade is supposed to give a 1min buff to both a Def and Resis but on Mid's its using the Defense only values with the 15 sec duration)

The Achille's Heel proc is applying a negative value to the caster's resistance numbers.
