A big fish for a mace.
A shark or manatee for a titan weapon.
Mascot suits, or at least mascot style helmets.
Tour buses, that would stop at random intervals and disgorge a busload (literally) of tourists all taking snapshots for a few seconds...

Faction Masterminds. Give me three Jaegers, two Subalterns, a Warhulk and a Fake Nemesis costume in the first slot and I will be my very own Nemesis plot!
Professional Wrestling melee powerset. With suplexes, powerbombs, etc. And Villains with the powerset get a different tier 9 power: Foriegn Object (Superior Damage, Foe Knockdown, Foe Stun)

Current active characters: Dragon Maiden (50+3 Brute SS/WP/PM), Black Widow Maiden (50+1 Night Widow), Catayclasmic Ariel (50 lvl Defender - Kin/DP), Quantumshock (50 lvl Elect/Energy/Energy), American's Defender (38 lvl Tanker - SD/Mace), Spider-Maiden (15 lvl Corruptor - RB/PD) & Siren Shrike (15 lvl Defender - Sonic/Sonic). My entire stable.
-Reichsman or Cole to shout "HERE COMES THE COLE TRAIN!" anytime they use Knock Out Blow.
-Arbiter Sands to change sides and the next Valentine's day event is the Sands Mynx wedding.
On the flipside of this...
-Arachnos cordially invites you (yes, even heroes) to the wedding of Lord Recluse and Red Widow. (Gifts are required, preferred ones include Competent Help)
-Emperor Cole singing "The Candyman Can"
-Reichsman's "Player defeat" dialogue is "YES! YES!"
-Steelclaw writes the next SSA series. (Something light hearted as a break from the doom and gloom)
-Positron telling us to "back off, man, I'm a scientist."

I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.
New powerset: Rock Blast
Including a fully customisable Guitar weapon, and such powers as:
SWEET RIFF - An awesome guitar attack that causes a crack to move across the ground and knockdown an enemy for moderate damage.
BLOW THEM AWAY! - An cone attack that causes everybody caught in it to be violently thrown back by your guitar solo.
KICK IT! - Similar to footstomp, only it creates a fault-line in the earth, shoots fire from the cracks, and causes demons on motorbikes to fly from the pits and attack your enemy. Knockdown in a burst and damage to a single targeted enemy. Probably a high-tier attack.
And many, many more!

- An in-canon in-game faction made up of catgirls
- A Nemesis dimensioncraft crashes into Pocket D, is overwhelmed by the power of dance, becomes cool new social area

Also the ability to throw something other than a rock in Hurl. Make it more like gravity control where you throw random heavy items.

Actual City busses... Come on -- I've seen bus stops for YEARS but no busses making the rounds...
A working gas station -- Where *DO* the cars fill up at?
Car accidents .. one or more cars off to the side with a police car, wrecker, etc. We've gone nearly 8 years -- lots of collisions but never saw ANYONE dealing with the damage thereof...
A car chase -- stolen car, escaping robbers, etc.

Random Power Day!
You click on your power and have a chance to activate ANY same-tier power in the game.
Ie. Click on Caltrops, activate Temp Inv, Click on Hurl, summon an Assault Bot, etc
Wacky shenanigans ensue.
They ALL float down here. When you're down here with us, you'll float too!

There have been some awesome suggestions in this thread! I'm almost embarrassed to post these, but I'd like to see:
- at the end of a Zombie Apocalypse event, all the undefeated zombies face west and execute a disco dance move before falling to the ground;
- a Hellion idly tossing a rock up and down, saying "I've heard that in Praetoria you can knock a hero right out with one of these";
- random swarms of dozens of Gears running from one end of Kings Row to the other;
- Generic Hero "citizens" walking the streets of Atlas Park, asking you for spare influence when you click on them;
- a brightly colored steam engine with a smiling face on the front tooting along the tramway.
- related: when a Freak rezzes itself, have it jump up shouting "Again! Again!"
