Well, I'm expecting some more unique costume parts linked to upcoming Trials - but I don't think it'll be these costume parts

Don't you dare try to bring reasonable expectations into this to counter my conspiracy theory-crafting!

This has nothing to do with the upcoming announcement of Super Duper Packs.

What -- you're cancelling the Ultra-Super Mega Packs? Noooo....

I believe those are released prior to EvilGeko packs.

But, you know, this kind of tells me that you don't really listen so much as you wait to talk. That's not a really good way to communicate. I kinda suspected as much already. So... thank you for confirming my suspicions!

I'm pretty sure that either you or someone else will make a snap reply and say I do the same thing, which I would find very amusing and ironic. I'm sorry if my dismissing your (that's a plural "you" there) arguments as silly, your reasons as fallacious and the potential implications if your concerns were taken seriously as chilling make you all foam at the mouth or whatever, but... actually, no, I'm not sorry! I'm actually rather relieved when I remember that none of you set policy for this game, let alone anything else I care about. So... yeah, there's that!

And there you are.

I am a little amazed by the snark in this thread. You guys can argue all you want, people are going to call it what they want to call it.

I think it is gambling lite, some of you do not see it as such. I also think opening them is fun and addicting. I do get a rush as I turn each card over, I am really glad I have a budget and self control.

How dare you use the ability to see things objectively while being capable of having personal preference!!

I agree that the snark/attacks are ridiculous and the arguing is pointless...

I also see them the same as you, except that I do not like these packs nor do I find enjoyment from clicking things to find out what content I bought!
Honestly, I find this to be a really lame thing to have spent development time on... when we have great graphics, 3D worlds, several different forms of missions and activities that can offer wonderful ways to earn rewards... buying virtual cards and "flipping" them just seems like a lousy sell out to me.
That's just my personal opinion on them. And people can throw whatever snark they like at me for it, but it won't make me cry!

Good news: They'll be releasing Ultra-Super Mega Packages instead.

I'm fine with super packs "IF" they make it to where you can obtain the items elsewhere, be it a completely different payment method with luck removed,
or hard to get in the game such as a purple grade recipe drop that is trade-able.

People like me are a bit annoyed that the costume set in this pack is one of a kind and have to rely on random chance to get the whole thing.(Not mad just annoyed)
Costumes, to us, are what make up a good part of the game fun(About 25%-45%). Pets like the wolf are part of the costume if you think about it,
just like the very powers we choose for our super Hero/Villain.

(I also have an unnatural amount of bad luck, so I'm pretty sure I'll get everything I don't want which I would find to be a waste of RL money. Again it only annoys me.)

Is that a new slider?

No, it's a knob.

bought 24 pack, got quite a lot of stuff including the wolf pet and costume pieces and several ATOs. That said I could do without all the restore/revival charges and team inspirations that are now cluttering my inbox. Which brings to my attention the need for a new in-game mail system as there is no way to sort this mess.

Heya Turbo

Yeah I couldn't agree more. The little slot you have to actually view the inbox is bad enough but the organization for that needs to be better. Driving me crazy!
