Hi,

yes, fully bugged with details of both clashing badges and a tongue in cheek suggestion about a use of simple database/spreadsheet/word doc whatever with predictive text enabled.

Although to be even handed, I suspect that this is a weird glitch/finger problem that scrambled something during the "End of Beta"/"Going Live" process.

Either way all reported.

Still, that doesn't change the fact that there have been at least 10 or 12 different cases where the Devs couldn't be bothered to check to see if a name has been used already. You'd think after making that mistake 2 or 3 times that'd be enough to learn their lesson.

They need to add a "check name" feature for every time the Devs try to add a badge name. Then maybe we would have "Gate Crasher2" or "Gate.Crasher" or something.

Actually, "Rescued and Recovered" really wasn't a good name for that badge. Maybe "Spine Smasher" would have been better.

My vote would be for something like "Barrier Breaker" because they already used the word 'Smasher' in the Sentinel Smasher badge. Regardless they should just come up with something that can be used for both red and blue side just to keep it simple.

Well I got it now.. But damn.. They need to chop dream doctors arc into like segments for doing it by ouroboros pillar .... It's annoying as <beep!> to do the arc over if you missed either saving the cop dude or misclick the option on the last part

With having over 1,350 and plus names for badges... I can understand if they accidentally have a duplicate here and there...

With having over 1,350 plus names for badges I can understand if they accidentally think of a duplicate name here and there when they first come up with a NEW badge. But there really is no excuse for not running that new name up against the existing list just to double-check that it hasn't been used before. That kind of check can be accomplished in mere seconds.

Like I said before it's sort of OK that they might have made this kind of mistake a couple of times in the past. But they've now literally done this roughly a dozen times over the years. It's definitely wandered into the "stupid" zone at this point.

You have to redo it by going to ouroboros and look for it in the 45-50 arcs.. If you completed it, it should be yellowed out. Look for the dream doctor dude in the pic. I forgot the arc name but the mission starts with going after this Tub Ci guy.

Didn't quite know where to post it other than in the badges here.. I hope this helps. Hopefully someone can gimme the name of what it says in Ouroboros. Im not good with names and titles but photos n stuff

Did they move the Dark Astoria plaque for the Authority (history) badge? I did a rather extensive search of the area where it's supposed to be but to no avail.

Assuming you're looking in the new Dark Astoria, I believe you'll need to visit the old Dark Astoria for the old history and exploration badges. An "echo" of Dark Astoria can be accessed through a portal in Ouroborus. The portal is located behind the main building in Ouroborus. A Galaxy City echo can also be accessed here. This portal can only be accessed through the hero Ouroborus.

If you're searching the echo DA, none of the plaques or badges were moved, AFAIK.

I don't know if its a typo or it was changed from beta or there's some other reason why, but I ran Steel Savior today and the clock showed three minutes, not two. I finished it with 58 seconds on the clock and got the badge, so I'm guessing the badge awards if you finish before the timer runs out whatever it says.

I can confirm it's more than 2 minutes. By the time I was able to convince Leo to follow me up the ramp to the clear-area, which took at least half a minute, I looked at the clock and it was still more than 2 minutes time left.

Wow I don't even quite remember there being a NPC to deal with in that mission anyway. I've only done it once so far, but I don't remember cutting it -too- close on time and I got the badge regardless. Admittedly running those "time critical" badge missions at -1/1 difficulty does help to some degree.
