Is there any way to return it so I can get the Martial Arts bundle in 2 days, save myself 100 PP and get a ton of costume items, 2 emotes, and 2 costume changes? Or am I SOL?

I'll take SOL for 500, Alex.

Yep you are screwed

Caveat emptor. Such are the nature of promotions. I remember buying an extra costume slot only to have it go on sale the next week for 200 fewer points. C'est la vie.

If you still have your receipt, and the item is not broken, you should be able to get a refund.
It's called buyers remorse, and officially, they can't even ask for a reason.
Stores must have a sign in their store saying "No refunds" or "All sales are final." I do not see one in the Paragon Store.

Maybe in Britain, but in the US, no store is legally obligated to offer refunds, and a no refund sign, while considered good form, is not required at all.

Where did "Britain" come from? You realize his location -- Long Beach -- is in California?

And I've never heard of a requirement here in California about posting a "No Refunds" sign. Maybe it really exists, or perhaps it's a local ordinance instead of a state law, but it's news to me.

In the UK refunds are only obligitary where the item is shown to be faulty or "not as described" under the Sale of Goods Act (don't know the date off hand) - many companies offer operate a replacement policy which exceeds that however and allow replacement or a credit note or sometimes a refund even where not obligated to do so.

The legal term for this is Caveat Emptor (or buyer beware)

If you buy something today, and tomorrow the merchant puts that same item on sale, they are under no legal obligation to refund you the difference.

Some places are nice and will price match if that happens. I've had it happen with pre-orders on Amazon. Like the price of a game went down £2 after release so I got a £2 refund.

Oh, let's not debate it. He made the whole thing up. Or maybe it happens to be the law in the specific location he is in, since these restrictions are set by state and local governments. For example, New York City (where I live) has much stricter requirements than the rest of the state. But his post was utter fantasy as far as applying to the NCSoft store.

I stopped actually looking at what people put as their location a long time ago, when I realized that most people put a joke location in that field.

Well, you actually paid for Ninja Run, so that was the problem at the outset.. Everything else was just compounding.

Actually, some locations do have draconian restrictions. In NY City, you can return anything within 3 days for no reason whatsoever.
They can have a thousand signs saying "All Sales Final" and the law takes precedence.

Not entirely true.

Under New York State law customers have to provide proof a pet is "unfit for purchase" as diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian in order to get a refund. The have 14 days to take the animal to a Vet to get the document and then have to give it to the store/breeder within 3 days of getting the document from the Vet.

They just can't simply demand a refund and get it.

Why am I getting the sinking feeling that this thread is about to break down into a long string of Monty Python quotes?
