Awesome good, or awesome bad is yet to be determined. It's on the STD* channel so it's really up in the air.
I look forward to seeing this, whether I enjoy it or not...
Battlestar Galactica was really good as were SG-1 and SG: Atlantis. But some of the other stuff they've attempted (like pretty much ALL of their movies) suck so bad they're only good for a laugh.
*Ever since they changed their name from the Sci-Fi channel, I cannot help but see the new name as "syphilis". Apologies if this offends anyone.

BSG rocked... except the last 20 minutes. I got it, but still. 
I rather like Sanctuary, but admit it's a guilty pleasure. Love Amanda Tapping talking like the Englishwoman, although I'm sure there's plenty not right about it. And that long raven hair, real or not... yum. Hated it when they killed off Ashley, liked it when they gained Kate, hated that SHE's gone, but the new Werewolf chick isn't terrible... Oh, and Big Guy is awesome. And Tesla is just... fun.
And then I cut the cable, so...
/I never liked SyFy. It was Sci-Fi, and that's what it should go back to.

I always thought he had a cool backstory, a bit different from ... alien crash landing on earth, alternate dimension hero of alien crash landing on earth, cousin of alien crash landing on earth etc.
As far as SyFy, I enjoyed their Alphas show this season on top of some of their other productions recently.

I'd watch a show based on Booster's time-traveling adventures, where he saves the day every episode, but nobody realizes it and he's still considered a terrible hero who's in it for fame.

While cool and all.... I have a problem with the network that this show will be on....Syfy.... I gave up watching Syfy once BSG was done.... Heck I have pretty much given up watching most television.... If a show doesnt pull a high "rating" the show gets yanked before being given a chance....besides, how main stream is Booster Gold? I know who he is and what he does......however does the general public?
I am not trying to rain on this parade here, because I really think that this would make for some interesting viewing if done right.....

Frankly the enjoyment of "Booster Gold" IMHO means making it a little more "DC Universe" and a little less "Quantum Leap". Knowing how most comic book properties are dealt with, it's gonna be Sam Beckett all over again. So I'm going to unfortunately say "no".

They can do good shows when they want to. They can also do low budget pieces of trash when they want to. It all depends on what direction they decide to take this. Since Eureka is over now (filming at least) if they were to let that cast, directors and writers loose on Booster it could be a great show.

and while Stargate Universe had an interesting premise the show only lasted 2 years and ended on a cliffhanger to which there will be nothing done to resolve that....
Also Eureka after 4 seasons is done....so while the show was decent Syfy has decided to kill it off.....
The only show remaining on your list is Warehouse 13 and who knows how much longer this show will last....yes yes a fourth season has been greenlit.....still....I base my argument on shows such as
Caprica
Andromeda
The Dresden Files
Farscape
First Wave
Flash Gordon
Painkiller Jane
and I am sure there are more shows that Im not listing here.....this is what Im basing my observations on.....I believe some may have an opinion on the quality of some of the shows on the list here, however most of these shows ended up as series being made for SciFi/Syfy and were cancelled before there was a series finale that was able to be done.
