I want a Stalker superteam...
Successful run today: unlocked Midnighter's Squad for 3 of us or so, then did Croatoa arc missions w/ 4-6 of us. Most of us gained 1-2 levels in the 2.5 hour session.
Also, we (I) learned that 4 stacks of Assault (~40% +dam) allows for 1-hit AS on LTs w/o BU... and I haven't ED saturated AS w/ damage yet: the more I team w/ you guys the more I like this idea!

What I found interesting is how we all worked together as one without having to say a darn word...that to me was truly impressive. I look forward to more stalker teaming and I hope after the stalker buff I run into more teams with 1,2 or more stalkers.
So do I, Todd! Even just two stalkers on a team can make it a lot more entertaining for the one of them!

So my stalker is seriously close to being deleted, I'm just not really enjoying it. It also doesnt help that I can decide on what to do with the build. I think I've narrowed down. I'm dont think I'm going to stick the PVP IOs in there, but I wanted to see the build with them just in case. Also the Kin Combats have been +3'd with the IO boosters. I was trying to find a way to save on slots. If I dont eventually enjoy it, its going to get banished to an unplayed server, lol.

While looking at your build, ElA reminds me of Dark Armor. I felt DA was hard to build for and I contemplated deleting my Spines/DA scrapper. I stuck with it and it became my favorite character, highly survivable to most content.
I rearranged your build a bit to get about 33% in S/L/E/N with some slots to spare. If you add the Mako quads to your attacks, the buff percentages will be better than most lvl 50 IO sets.

Key differences between our builds:
1) I don't know how /elec handles it's endurance, but on any normal toon you'd run dry midway through any spawn w/ your build. I traded def for +end and +recovery
2) Traded Combat Jumping for Assault: lost ~2% def and 7.5% rech, but gained 10.5% dam, which is more useful to long term DPS
3) Traded def for +regen and +health: the idea was to use Energize to absorb alpha, instead of using it to regen at a reasonable rate in the first place.
...I'd play this toon like I do my /regen brute: I used the Kheldian keybind guide (w/ some changes) to map movement keys to making purple inspirations: w/ my build, you're 1 small purple from the softcap, w/ slightly more res (if you take out the PvP IO), regen, health, and recovery, and slightly less recharge (literally the only difference is CJ's LotG) than your build. I'd go w/ Nerve for defense, or Musculature for Damage.
Either way, either build would be viable, and both beat my nb/regen stalker's current build, and she breezes through +1/x5 (w/ iShift, though).
It simply seems as though you dislike res-based stalkers (though your build is way over soft cap as is)... maybe you should reroll if you can't wait until you spec out your current stalker.
Here's a build with 32.5% in S/L/F/C/E/N, small purp to softcap. There's not a lot of F/C damage in late game but nice to have if you exemplar often. The attack chain would start with BU-AS, followed by CS-BU-SB-BB-QS-SB-repeat. Every single attack should have BU active which should be able to cover the lack of +tohit/acc bonuses. I recommend T4 Musculature Radial to go with the build.

I would suggest you dont take the fighting pool things....
i also suggest at level 4 you take recall friend.
I think if i where you i would also get hover and flight and eventualy after burner.
I also suggest that you make sure to log your stalker out in the college and hospital so you can start building charges on a rez power so you can rez fallen team members.(its not worth it to get the power when its free)
You can take all those suggestion however you like...they are a few things that work for me...they are things that make alot of stalker players mimic my play styles...and actualy make others play stalkers.

Attack chain outside of Hide would be Parry-Headsplitter-Parry-Hack-Disembowel-repeat.
The last I heard, Vigor is broken. The healing portion was not working with all healing/regen powers. Not sure if it has been fixed yet. Some players have said good things about Degenerative Interface but I haven't tried it. Ageless might not be the best choice. If Vigor can fix end issues, the recharge portion of Ageless is only really needed for Reconstruction, BU and Placate.
The build will have endurance problems until incarnates are picked up. You might want to roll with something else until that time.

Made a few tweaks to your build. I haven't tried BS before and has been ages since playing my WP scrapper. I can't believe stalkers lost both Quick Recovery and Rise to the Challenge on WP!

Regarding AS, I forgot to say I expect to slot it with the Stalker ATO set when it goes live. Also, I switched the set in Disembowel to a 6-slotted Touch o' death, because I thought that'd help the melee def...
Didn't think of Cleaving Blow for E/NE def :P

The extra Numina IO (heal/end/rech) in FH is only providing 0.29 hp/sec regeneration (I put it in Indomitable Will for the accuracy bonus). Slotting it in Health instead and adding a Regenerative Tissue proc would add a 1.67 hp/sec regen.
The stalker changes will work out well with WP. With accolades, your build is close to 1900 hitpoints (Currently capped at 1606). Capping to 2006 hp shouldn't be too hard when i22 is released.

My main issue with this build is that I have no goals: I'm softcapped to everything, have no long-recharge powers that I need to build recharge for, and recovery's no issue, so I ended up w/ a build that's kinda all over the place. I'll probably make a second, more exemplar friendly build later, but for now Thunder Kick is unlsotted on purpose b/c I can run any 3 out of the 4 other attacks in a chain (EagleC,CraneK,CAxeK,CobraS).
Slotted or no, taking Thunder Kick instead of Storm Kick makes baby Stalkers cry*.
I still haven't even planned out a build for Trouble, and she's currently level 36.

* - And not just because Storm Kick is the best DPA attack in the set... it's also because then there's no chance of ever trying to get Thunder Kick replaced with an AoE! Not that there was much chance in the first place...

Here's my current StJ/SR stalker build. T4'd out with Musculature Radial, Vorpal Core, Reactive Radial, Vanguard Core and Rebirth Radial. Planning a respec to get Assault and to drop the Medicine pool. Going to pick up Recall Friend but not sure what to take with the extra power pick. Maybe Elude to help counter any DDR since I am only at 84%.
Currently using SB-HB-IS-SB-HB-CU when outside of Hide for my attack chain. I substitue the last HB with Placate or Build Up when they are up.

I'm still interested in all-stalker teams, even moreso w/ I22, *and* this Thursday starts my Spring Break, so I'm all over Stalkers for a while
I'll be on starting from around 4pm tomorrow.
I'm hoping that double xp and Stalker changes will allow us to recruit even more to revive these events.
It all depends on the level of the team we get going, but we can do Moonfire (WST) and several SSAs
I'll try to make it...only two more levels till LR.
