  1. I think it is far too easy to get knocked out of Hide or a hidden state. There are plenty of times where trying to get a critical off from Placate doesnt work because of the enemy attacking after the placate has gone off, especially for builds that are not built around high defense IOs.

    If you're going to stand there and fight, I dont see the point of it throwing you back in Hide, where you could lose the chance of the critical because something knocks you out of Hide. I dont think the Hidden state adds that much to your survivability in the middle of a fight.

    EM/Nin advice.

  4. So my stalker is seriously close to being deleted, I'm just not really enjoying it. It also doesnt help that I can decide on what to do with the build. I think I've narrowed down. I'm dont think I'm going to stick the PVP IOs in there, but I wanted to see the build with them just in case. Also the Kin Combats have been +3'd with the IO boosters. I was trying to find a way to save on slots. If I dont eventually enjoy it, its going to get banished to an unplayed server, lol.

    The passives are important because they provide Defense Debuff resistance. If stalker numbers are anything like Scrappers, you will be able to shrug off a lot of defense debuffs if you get and slot up the passives. I definitely wouldnt recommend skipping them.

  18. I would be interested in doing this on Exalted. Starting zone doesnt really matter to me, but I rarely do Praetoria so that would be a nice change of pace. Maybe even an /ElA stalker.

  22. I was just messing around in Mids to see if its possible to hit the resistance cap on stalkers. I could only do it to smashing and lethal damage types. It involved the Cardiac Core Incarnate choice and a boat load of Inf I'll probably never have. Not even really sure how much sense it would even make to try something like this..

  23. If Titan Weapon users can pick Stealth powers or receive stealth buffs, there's no reason why Stalkers cant use Titan Weapons.
  24. I'm curious to know which powerset combos can dish out the most -damage debuff. Does enemy rank or level reduce the effects of -damage?
  25. Here is the build that I'm leaning toward. I havent decided on which incarnate path to take, I'm still trying to see how end management is. I'm only level 41 now, but with 2 Perf Shifters +end, its gotten much better. I'm sure the 3rd one with help even more.
