Well, this isn't the first time she's been concerned for him. I believe she does love Henry BUT it's not a "pure" love. Just like her father, the Queen is capable of caring for someone deeply but her need for vengence or control always overrides this, thus making her more of a sympathetic villain.

Friday is when Grimm is played here in the US and since that was the Friday after Thanksgiving aka Black Friday aka start of Holiday TV specials, it got bumped.

OUaT on the other hand is shown on Sunday which is the start of a new broadcast week. Plus people are normally home by then from the Holiday travel to the relatives.

Actually, they both missed a week. Once missed an episode the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I'm not sure why, I don't have any network/cable TV, I watch everything online. Grimm is also on its 5th episode airing tomorrow, or is it today? I read that it was moving away from Friday to a better day, but forget which one.

According to my DVR Grimm is moving to Thursdays @10pm EST. There isn't one airing this week. The next airdate is 12/08.

Not on Friday night this week due to some filler movie. It will be on next Thursday the 8th at 10p EST as an experiment as well as it's regular time with another new episode in it's original slot Friday the 9th at 9p EST.

NBC right now is flailing about trying to improve their ratings with the few somewhat successful shows they have, Grimm being one of them, so they are trying different slots.

Yeah, its as though people don't watch telly during the holidays

Here in the UK I am looking forward to watching Doctor Who while digesting turkey and trimmings

Bill Willingham talks about the similarities between Once and Fables. Quote - the reason he's doing this interview is "Partly as a call to arms -- or more accurately, a call to disarm. As grateful as I am to discover so many loyal Fables readers, willing to man the barricades, to help protect a story they love; as much as it moves me to realize I've been part in creating something that clearly moves you, affecting your lives in ways only a good story, well-told can, I think it's time to lay off. Perhaps it's time to quit rising up in public venues to accuse these folks of Grand Theft Fables, even if you still think it's so."

Also, the fairy tale identity of the Sheriff will be revealed on Sunday's episode.

Just watched the latest episode, that ending was surprising and disappointing. I won't spoil it here yet, but I hope it's used to move the plot forward instead of helping to stall it. Also, great little fistfight between Emma and the Mayor. Worth watching just for that.

I like that they've been filling in the Queen/Mayor's back-story. Hopefully whatever her reason for hating Snow White will have more depth than Snow being pretty.

Well, they gave us a tiny bit of detail about why the Queen hates Snow this week, hope they plan to flesh that out soon.

I'm interested to know what secret the Queen told to Snow.

I finally court up with the latest episode of OUT. Up until this episode I had been wondering whether or not the Mayor remembered being the Queen. The intro sequence says only one person knows the truth and I had always assumed that was Mr Gold.

So what do you think, does Mr Gold remember the past as well or is the intro just lying?

The intro is telling the truth. Only the Queen remembers.

But I believe that Mr. Gold knows. I'd bet Rumplestiltskin used some magic loophole (there's ALWAYS one of those) to get himself, as Gold, a message about their true nature. So, he doesn't remember, per se, but he's aware, maybe? Just my theory.

My guess is that this season is about the downfall of the Queen, but if they succeed in only one season, then Mr. Gold will rise up to fill the power void and he will be the focus of season two.

Hmmm I always thought the kid Henry was that 1 person. I also until recently thought the queen forgot herself but after the last episode guess she does remember.

Henry couldn't have been the one. He was never in the other land. His mom was but only for the first couple minutes of her life. He just figured it out from reading the book.

So where did the book come from? I know Snow White gave it to him but where did she get it from?

Exactly what I was wondering. It's not a normal Fairy Tale book because it tells the EXACT story of what the Queen did.

My guess is that Snow got it from Gold, who "gave" it to himself as Rumplestiltskin. Which fits with my above theory nicely.
