They've been toying with things to do with water at least as far back as that little pool you can swim underwater in outside the western wall of Grandville.

But someone just mentioned that you can "wade" through the water in the pools outside the Kane haunted house in this year's Halloween trial so apparently they seem to still be trying to do different things with it.

There's a lot of neat stuff going on in the water in the First Ward. You can't really play with most of it, but it's pretty cool.

Yes. What was said was along the lines of "Not any time soon, if ever."

Try explaining every power working under water. From a technical viewpoint, think about how many hundreds upon hundreds of animations that need to be re-done to look right under water. Try explaining FIRE or ELECTRIC powers under water.

Short answer; it's not happening.

This is how my first RP Halloween Trial went on Virtue.

...Well, my Defender is weird. But still. Doggie!

After finishing the Trial, I went back inside the mansion and demorecorded the wolves. Gonna experiment a bit and see just how well it works (I have a few theories to test).
