As a NYer, this makes me sad.
I had a lot of fun at the M&G last year and was hoping to see you folks again.

As a midwesterner, this makes me happy. They were out on the east coast for PAX East. You guys shouldn't be hogging them all. :P

Though, this begs the question whether or not HeroCon will come back...
Well, at least this solves me the effort of having to figure out how to get to NY and find lodging to attend the Meet & Greet... but that's effort I was perfectly willing to go through, cuz you guys are worth it.
Hope it works out better for both of us next year.

But maybe as a means to keep everyone happy you could, as an alternative, decide to sell some the costume code giveaways you usually hand out during those events in the Paragon Market. Not only would you make those of us who have virtually no chance of ever being able to attend those events happy but you'll earn yourselves even more micro-transaction money. Another thing I find strange is that they passed up on this chance to get the word out about the new f2p model at comic con. I really didn't think they would miss out on that. It's one of the few chances they get to advertise.

YEah its the Launcher. I noticed that last night. They are going to be in Paris it said.

Aww . Now I have to reconsider whether NYCC is worth it at all this year 
. Last year was fun, but the main event of NYCC for me was CoH's M&G.

Yep. This saved me a trip to the Big Apple and the associated costs, but I'm still bummed that they won't be coming.

One of the best parts of our jobs here at Paragon is getting to meet up with the players at our various Meet and Greets. We love meeting the fans of the game, and the opportunity to hang out with you all face to face.
Which is what makes this all sadder for me to say right now...
City of Heroes Freedom will not have a presence at New York Comic Con this year. We've been trying hard to find a way to make it work for us, logistically, however with all of the moving parts surrounding the launch of Freedom, we're unable to send anyone across the country to attend this year.
We know that some of you may be disappointed by this, however we need to focus on launching Freedom in the best, and most responsible, way possible.
Thanks for being an amazing Community and you will all be the first to know where we'll be popping up for our next Meet and Greet!
