When Should I Get My Next Allotment Of Paragon Points?

I am a bit confused as well. My account goes from the 18th to the 18th. And, as such, I woulda thought that after I spent all of my points (a day or two after the Headstart Started), that I would have gotten more points recently. What IS odd, is that I got an additional reward token, and an additional Server Transfer token not that long ago.
I am wondering if they rolled an extra 400 PP into the launch amount for folks whose dates happened close to the release of the Headstart? Unless someone enlightens me, I may just send a /petition to figure it out.
I have the sneaking suspicion that VIPs will get their next lot of points on Oct 1.

Really? Is that based on some actual knowledge, or just a flat guess?
Why wouldn't they just go by subscription date the way Veteran Rewards used to work?
It is just a flat guess. Somewhat educated, though: people have been expecting to get their next allotment of points after Freedom, and haven't had them yet. The point cycle was started on 1 July, the VIP headstart was meant to begin 1 Sept, but was delayed.
People are certainly supposed to get their points on their billing date, but they haven't been. 1 Oct is the next most logical date.

But we did get 400 PP both for September and for Head Start, so unless it was a one time bonus there's no reason to believe that the cycle stayed at the beginning of the month. If anything it could be speculated that it's now on the 13th for everyone.
Me, I think it's just some bugs rearing their antennas. There have been quite a few reports of tokens and PP not being awarded. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

Possible too that it's "things are a bit delayed with the database crunching on converting old accounts to premium." Personally I think its a wonder anything is working at all, this was a huge rollout in terms of new technology.
I think the most likely answer though is "all vips got 400 extra points to cover their next billing already" which would explain the extra 400 points we all saw.
We are supposed to get our Paragon Points each subsequent month on our individual billing date. It's my understanding that everyone already got this months allotment, regardless of the billing date, when the devs launched the Headstart so we won't be getting an additional 400/550 points this month. The next batch is due in October.
Was wondering the same - my billing is on the 21st on my first account, and no extra points (no token either...stuck on 33). I was guessing that we were front-loaded with too many and that we'll need to catch up to them.

Was wondering the same. I got some stuff on the 17th, of all things, which was weird, but my billing's on the 21st, and I still haven't received a 3 year badge (been playing 3 years, 3 months according to my account info), despite having badges clearly labeled 1 and 2 years. I'm sitting at 17 tokens used. What gives?

People need to report any reward token discrepancys.

My renewal was on the 15th. No Token and No Points. There are 3 or 4 threads in various spots about many people with this issue.
My thread is in the Main Discussion section. There is one in the I21 bugs section. There is one in the Tech Issues section.
Still waiting to here back from Support again, myself.

So I have had an active subscription since July. When the head-start came along I had 1200 points. Should I have started with 1600? My current subscription date is 19th. It has been a week and I didn't get any additional points, should I bug this or not?

My annual renew came around on the 24th, I got one extra token but no extra Paragon Points. Hopefully, it's happening to everyone and we don't have to put in individual petitions to get it fixed.
When I21 launched, I started off with 1600.
My monthly billing date is the 21st.
I received an additional Reward Token and badges and such, but I did not get any additional points.
I'm not entirely sure if that was working as intended or not.
I was surprised that I started with 1,600 (I thought it would only be 1,200, so I thought that maybe I already received my September allotment, even though the billing date hadn't arrived until a bit later).
Just looking for any clarification/info that I may have missed/forgotten!
