What do I have to do to earn 550 points a month?

I have 34 reward tokens.

In theory this qualifies me for 550 points a month. HOWEVER, the game is still saying I am going to get 400 a month. What am I missing?

The game ends at 50. Smilegasm
Do not ever give Mind Control a pet. We need more control sets without pets.
My characters are not "toons". They are all project characters, though.

I believe 34 means you just filled up all of 8, right? If so, you need 1 more token to officially be tier 9.

You'll get 550 points starting next month. On the monthly anniversary of your billing date, as long as you are subscribed.

I started the head start with 34 tokens, and got 550 points for September.

But the game is telling me I will get '400.' I accept your assertion that 550 might be what I get, but that's not what the game's interface is telling me. On the upper left hand corner when I click on my reward tokens... it says "400." Is there anywhere in the UI where I can confirm the 550, or am I stuck waiting?

My question is, how did folks end up with 1750 points? 400+400+400+550?

If you are a Tier 9 VIP, you get an additional 150 points per month.

Make a man a fire and keep him warm for the day, SET a man on fire and keep him warm for the rest of his life.

I think it was because we weren't eligible to actually be Tier 9 until August (87 months?). I'd have to do the math but I am too lazy this morning.

I believe that is the case, you only get 150 for the latest month, but you'll get the additional 150 every month going forward.

Because you couldn't actually be Tier 9 before the system existed. Tier status was calculated when the system went live.

I stopped being lazy and went to Paragonwiki.

At 87 months we would have 36 tokens. 35 tokens is considered Tier 9. The wiki reports having not the slotting sets the Tier level.

So we were Tier 9 in August.

Pretty much the same, here, too. And I'm not being lazy, I guess I'm just not reading it like you are.

My shake is, I had half of Tier Eight unplugged when Freedom went Live. I got 1750 points. I filled in Tier Eight, the three VIP Nine slots, and have a token left over. It just seems kind of random that I would get the bonus 150 at all. I'm glad I've got it, because whoo-hey more costumes...but still, I'm wondering why I got it at all.

Stuck waiting. Do you have 34 Paragon Rewards tokens? Go to the Paragon Reward Screen. Move your cursor to the top of the thermometer and the little gold notch. Read what it says about completing Tier 8.

AH. So it doesn't matter if you have ANY tokens slotted at all...you automagically get the 150 bonus. Thank you!

Yes, it goes by tokens earned, not tokens slotted.

I have 35 tokens, but my meter (on the right) isn't completely filled (meaning there's just a sliver NOT red).

I have all 8 tiers slotted and one slot in tier 9.

Is there a way I can confirm that next month I'll get 550?

A previous poster mentioned "interface". Where might I find this interface to see if I'll get 550 instead of 400 next month?

Or must I just wait and see if I get 550? (And where can I see when this is added, or should I keep a tablet near me and keep track of points I have? (Not being sarcastic... just curious ) )

You will get 550 once you have 34 (or more) tokens earned.

The only place involving your account that will mention it is in the Paragon Rewards screen - the meter to the right will mention when you've unlocked the Tier 8 bonus, which includes "+150 Paragon Points a month" for VIPs.

A sort-of-related question:

I have 33 tokens earned on one of my accounts, and I thought I heard there was a way to earn extra Rewards by buying Points in the store. Is that correct? And if so, how much do you have to buy to earn a Reward token?
