Cannot log into game

Sorry, sounds like you will have to take this up with actual support.
Wait, have you set the NCSoft Launcher up for Europe or North America? It's under File->Settings;Advance Tab;Region drop down. Give that a shot.

I have the exact same problem, and I know at least one other person in the same case. Both of us are EU player.
I contacted the support, but since I did it in french, I don't expect my issue to be solved anytime soon.
So including myself, I count four EU accounts here all locked out by the same bug. Sounds like an issue with EU accounts then.
I'm particularly annoyed as I didn't have this problem until I followed the 'official' advice to change my password so I could log into the forums. Now I can access the forums fine but I'm locked out of the actual game.
I'm hoping that it can be resolved soon so I can enjoy this so called headstart over the weekend but I'm not holding my breath.

i carnt get into the game aswell since yesturday at 10 uk time so rather annoyed atm if its still not sorted by monday ill cancel my account and move on
over 6 years of palying and more then 24hours in waiting for a reply for support grrrr

After I changed my password I can now log into the forums but I cannot get into the game itself. I get the same exact message
The account name or password that you have entered is incorrect
I've tried changing my password a couple of times after that in case it was various special characters causing problems but no luck.
So far support have just suggested I uncheck the "remember username" check box. Surprisingly it made no difference.
I'm also in the EU (with an account that had it's name prepended EU in the list merge) if we're keeping count.

I've updated my ticket with a link to this thread so hopefully they can see there's a bigger problem than just me...

I've updated my ticket too with a link to this thread as it does appear to be only EU accounts encountering this bug. I'm hoping that they get it fixed soon.

I've just logged into the beta client using my password with zero issues.
That is, I'm quite happily running around in game on the beta server.

Just to clarify, my Beta password is the same as the one I am currently using on live and to access the forums. However, there are no issues using it to log into Beta.

i cant log into beta but i have no issues on the live US server.
changed my password last night so i could finally get back into the forums but i changed it to the same exact password previously used.

FYI, support told me "We saw that you logged in the game yesterday, so we presume that your problem is fixed", even though I obvisouly wasn't able to join the game that time during.
I can log into Beta using my old password but not my current live one (although I changed that yesterday and as I understand it it can take 24hrs+ to get beta up to date with live account changes)
Still can't log into Live or Test.

Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. Exited game, ran the 'repair' from the launcher dropdown and logged back in with no problem. Hope this helps someone else!

I had a problem with getting into the forums, too, Tech support suggested changing the game password to the SAME one I always used. This worked for me. Peerhaps that might do it for you. I sure hope you find a fix, Hang in and don't give up.

I was able to log into the game but not into the forum. So following the advice posted on the Facebook page, I changed my password only to find the situation 'hillariously' reversed. I can now log into the forum (although it does kick me out after every session) but the game refuses to let me in even though it's the same damn password.
Still, thanks for the suggestions. I'm hoping the patch tonight will fix things so I can get some time in this weekend.

After two days, the support... changed my password. It's not like I did it a hundred times in the past 48 hours. And guess what? It didn't work
