when you get a email from them your ment to reply inside a little box its cleary marked, but when you put whats needed to be said and send it allways sends it back saying message not sent,
yes i changed my password and low and behold could not get back into forums for 24hours also no effect on the login/password into game.
the account part where you go to see tickets filled has a password and login part, tried every single password login email iver ever had for coh and none worked and filled a new ticket on that too and no reply at all, as from posting this im off to cancel my account for good,
the last thing they got me to do was so stupid its untrue,
something they done in the patch has totaly messed my account up, did a fresh install whilst i was at work patched right up, thankfully my 100meg line chewed through it np's and still get to same bug, cartn get passed login/password screen.
yes i follwed your link and ze's link and read all other posts no idea whats wrong at all,
played eve today worked fine, played runesofmagic worked fine downloaded rift straigth in np's can get onto and website np's seem's something is major wrong when my accoutn tries to get passed the login/password, thankfully this will no longer be a problem,

carnt log into my stuff allways comes up with bad account or password sigh allways good when all 3 are the same

well every time i try to log into anything to reply to a ticket there send me back it auto replies i carnt reply. lol go figure and yes i type inbetween the line's im ment too, think its just another way of life telling me to move on ......

well since my last update the following outcome has been taken ...
4 days and not a singlwe email from support regarding why i carnt log in, thus getting very annoyed now, so i will probally cancel my account on friday.

was nice to download the lastest patch at 12meg a sec firbeoptic b/band love it.

im around just carnt get into the bloody game for last 20+ hours, no help whats so ever in the forums from red names and 18 later still no reply from support, so ill probally leave the game, i'll try till sunday night each hour but after that i just dont know

i carnt get into the game aswell since yesturday at 10 uk time so rather annoyed atm if its still not sorted by monday ill cancel my account and move on

afternoon all
probelms problems
been away from gam for 2 weeks, come back yesturday. click on the game shortcut, thus bringing up the nsoft laucher to be greeted by an update yay i said more game content .... dowmloading and updated to 2100.201109140228.1.0 which matches the game. loaded up and tried to login pop up window sayign check firewall (checked all fine even with firewall off) dont get a pop up from pc saying blocked. windows xp installed.

any idea's anyone RED ????

i can get into the login and password screen then allways hangs and that good old popup screen check firewall (checked all fine) server down (checked server status all ok)

re-added them all, i dont get any popup saying allow to firewall at all like most other things that try to run, i aint being a muppet am i ??? like i dont need to buy the beta thing on the launcher or gey a new sub for this update ??

checked nsft and coh both allowed bt firewall

thats what i allways get no mater what i change
running on usa server connection atm, tried eu and auto kicked out
checked the server statues and fine
checked account details and paid up till jan lists vip statues as ok
1600 vip points sitting there awaiting to be spent....

after being away for 2 weeks, ive come back to this new stuff in game...well thats not the problem.
after downloading eu and usa downloads on the nsft launcher, no matter what time or which login i use i carnt get passed the laod up screen
its saved my account name, i enter password then it all hangs and pops up with the useall stuff carnt accuss blah blah blah not idea what to do atm. apart from cancel sub and move to another game.

any idea's ???

tested yest with qui and he got in i didnt so wasnt testing when server's where down

just updated the game on eu side and went to login game ran upto putting in password then pops saying i carnt login due to game not up atm ???

installed coh then cov did the download and played the game, logged out went to bed...zzzzzz
woke up switched pc on clicked on cov lshortcut and nothing ....went into the folder and clicked on the icon there and nothing

"C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CovUpdater.EU.exe"

so i installed the game again after 3 hours downloading, started playing the game for a few hours, logged off eat dinner wetn to play again same problem the shortcut does not do anything at all, tried inside the game folder again and nothing
if i click the unistall it works and the cityofheroes they both work
check firewall and its ok with letting coh/cov across

any idea's and why any shortcut to start up wont work

dont wanna have to install the game everytime i want to play
