afternoon all
probelms problems
been away from gam for 2 weeks, come back yesturday. click on the game shortcut, thus bringing up the nsoft laucher to be greeted by an update yay i said more game content .... dowmloading and updated to 2100.201109140228.1.0 which matches the game. loaded up and tried to login pop up window sayign check firewall (checked all fine even with firewall off) dont get a pop up from pc saying blocked. windows xp installed.
"C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\NCLauncher.exe" /LaunchGame=CityOfHeroesEU

thats the shortcut laucher
any idea's anyone RED ????

and yes Qui was on facebook and tried his and went straight in so was not trying when server down

got a reply for nsoft regading this
just downlaoded there programme and sent info back to them so fingers crossed a big red mark pops up. something like ....you forgot to feed your mouse some cheese... please do it and then we will let you back in

was nice to download the lastest patch at 12meg a sec firbeoptic b/band love it.

well since my last update the following outcome has been taken ...
4 days and not a singlwe email from support regarding why i carnt log in, thus getting very annoyed now, so i will probally cancel my account on friday.
been alot fun over the last 72 months playign with all of you

Have you tried the steps given by Zwillenhunterdeathmask in his update post on the problems with EU account? I saw your post in the thread saying that your account name isn't over 14 letters, but it would be worth it to try the steps in that post anyway. If it doesn't send him a PM. He may be a little slow to reply due to all of the PM's he receives, but he reads all of his PM's and is good at trying to get things resolved.

Opening multiple tickets only slows down getting a resolution. The simple solution is that if the emails are being returned to not use the email reply. Instead, go to the support page and update the ticket from there.

The support page should be at https://support.cityofheroes.com

Once there, click the My Stuff tab and log in. You'll be able to see your tickets and update them.

well every time i try to log into anything to reply to a ticket there send me back it auto replies i carnt reply. lol go figure and yes i type inbetween the line's im ment too, think its just another way of life telling me to move on ......

And you've logged in to your account and updated your game password as mentioned in Zwillinger's message that Texas Justice linked to?

This makes little sense to me as it's not what I see on the support page I linked to. https://support.cityofheroes.com

Once you log into the support account and click the My Stuff tab, you can click on the support ticket.

The window that opens with the details of the ticket does not have any lines to type between. It has a box labeled Add additional information to your question as well as a dropdown box to select Yes, please respond to my question or No, I don't need this question answered now along with a Submit button.

My game account and forum account use the same username and password, since that is how it's designed.

The support account uses a different username (the email address listed on my Master Account) and a different password, although I could change them to use the same one. Have you tried using the Forgot your username or password link on the Support login page?

when you get a email from them your ment to reply inside a little box its cleary marked, but when you put whats needed to be said and send it allways sends it back saying message not sent,
yes i changed my password and low and behold could not get back into forums for 24hours also no effect on the login/password into game.
the account part where you go to see tickets filled has a password and login part, tried every single password login email iver ever had for coh and none worked and filled a new ticket on that too and no reply at all, as from posting this im off to cancel my account for good,
the last thing they got me to do was so stupid its untrue,
something they done in the patch has totaly messed my account up, did a fresh install whilst i was at work patched right up, thankfully my 100meg line chewed through it np's and still get to same bug, cartn get passed login/password screen.
yes i follwed your link and ze's link and read all other posts no idea whats wrong at all,
played eve today worked fine, played runesofmagic worked fine downloaded rift straigth in np's can get onto and website np's seem's something is major wrong when my accoutn tries to get passed the login/password, thankfully this will no longer be a problem,
