Too Many Paragon Points & Reward Tokens

i wouldnt be complaining about extra stuff lol
likewise i got 1600 on my account when i logged in today, didnt notice anything funny with the paragon rewards though
Where do you see what day you picked up X amount of points? Or is that just you inferencing it.
Anyway, I picked up a second account back at the end of july. It has 1600 points as opposed to the 800 it should have at the moment as well as 5 reward tokens. I can't figure out why a not quite 3 month old account would have that many.

I've already got reports in on supergroup base emblems being pancaked and fog of war reappearances on cleared and partially cleared maps. I also have an unreported issue with unrewarded badges for Seed of Hamidon defeat, that I'm not sure is valid.

It's as if after claiming my Paragon Rewards and hitting Tier 9, the next day, a new month was activated giving me 550 PPs.

The second account I bought back in July has those 4 400 point purchases, and since I have 5 tokens it kind of seems like it was given a token for each one of them, or at least that's the easy conclusion for me to draw.

I actually have the opposite problem. I renewed for six months on 9/12, but only got the September points up front instead of the whole amount.

They're not giving reward tokens upfront due to technical issues, which they hope to resolve soon. And the points were always going to be given out on a monthly basis, not upfront.

Just to clarify here: Paragon POINTS will NOT be given out up front for long-term subscriptions, even after they've fixed the technical issue. You should always get your points on the monthly anniversary of your bill date.
Paragon REWARD TOKENS, on the other hand, are intended to be doled out up front when you make a long-term subscription, but there is a technical issue blocking that from happening at the moment.

As for the extra 400 points awarded on the 14th, i think almost everyone received those as a "welcome to Freedom" gift. I've had those "bonus" 400 points on an old account which wasn't subbed at all during the July-September period.

Based on launch date, I was expecting an 800-1100 point grant (two months with or without VIP bonus). I'm concerned if the wrong amount was given out, because that could impact how points are granted in the future.
If the point grant is working as intended, please just let someone say so and reduce the ambiguity.

My first account (80-months account, Tier 9 VIP) got 1750 points.
400 for July (on Sept 13)
400 for August (on Sept 13)
400 for September (on Sept 13)
400 for ??? (Maybe Freedom gift?) (on Sept 14)
150 for Tier9VIP (on Sept 14)
My secondary account, not a Tier9 VIP, which I resubbed up in August, got 1200 points.
400 for August (on Sept 13)
400 for September (on Sept 13)
400 for ??? (Freedom Gift?) (on Sept 14)

Out of interest aren't points etc supposed to be added on your billing day? I had a billing day yesterday and have nothing added...

After further investigation, we've been able to determine that this Reward Token discrepancy is linked to an issue in the account system. The Development Team is aware of it and is working on a fix for it at this time. As it stands right now, your account has essentially received an extra Reward Token in advance/prematurely. That shouldn't have happened. Even so, when this is fixed your game account will be updated and will accrue the correct Reward Tokens from that point forward. It's also important to keep in mind that it may take a month for your account to "catch up" with the reward system (to compensate for the extra Reward Token that you have now) once this fix has been applied. |

I have an unusual amount of Paragon Points.
Others are reporting similar things here: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=271586
According to my account on PlayNC, I got 3 x 400 PP on Sept. 13, 2011 (July 28th billing date, August 28th billing date, and ???) and then another 400 PP & 150 PP today (Sept. 14th, 2011).
I also seem to have too many Reward Tokens by 1.
87 month veteran badge (36 tokens), +1 for applying a retail code, +1 for having an account (Rookie) should be 38 but I have 39. My billing date isn't until the 28th, so I shouldn't have the September token yet.
Filed a petition on both incidents. Both escalated to Senior GMs.
