If you knew Lord_Of_Time, please read. :(
R.I.P. Lord of Time.
"Can play" is not a binary. It's a float.
There are some pretty low values of "can play" out there.

The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off
I'm very saddened by this news. I had not heard from Lord of Time since last summer, when we last exchanged PMs. I was away from CoH for most of last winter, and hoped to see his posts upon my return. I thought he'd just taken a break from CoH
While our interactions were limited to CoH forums and PMs, I greatly appreciated his presence and opinions (even though I occasionally disagreed with him). He was very helpful to me in finding Doctor Who episodes before they were readily available to those of us in US.
In light of this news, I'll be doing two things in LoT memory.
1) An hour of my weekly Split Infinity Radio show Epic Scores will be dedicated to him, during which I will play nothing but Doctor Who music.
2) I'm post this picture, because I know it made him smile.
Rest in peace, Lord of Time.

And if I can know how to find it? Thank you!
I did notice when he stopped posting. I just thought he'd left or was driven out by my habit of coming into everyone of his Doctor Who threads and calling for the return of Drax.
Sorry to hear about his death. One of the members of a SG I used to belong to also died. Always a sad thing.
I never really met him, but it still saddens me to hear of his departure. May he rest in peace.
Thank you for sharing the sad news.
I missed his posting but assumed it was due to changing mod rules or the like.
Always enjoyed the Dr Who news.
RIP
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.
So sad to be ending ):
One of my very good friends is a MAJOR Whovian, so Lord_of_Time caught my eye right away. Very sorry to hear about his passing.
We'll keep a light on in Atlas Park for you.

well my comment was more me ******** about people that complain about posters and their posts, when the really easy solution is simply to not read them.i do not think it really said anything positive about you to tell the truth...
...which is why i wanted to say something positive about you.
i myself only read a few forums.the internet is a big place(well not exactly true in a literal sense, but i think you know what i mean),and a person can miss a lot of stuff.and i do.
you have brought a lot of things to my attention that i would have otherwise missed.i for one find that useful, and am thankful that you do so.
i think that you operate out of a spirit of generosity, and that you share with others things that you yourself like to know.this has been of benefit to me(and others i am sure, but i can only speak for myself) and i hope you continue to do so.
while there are any number of things that i am sure we do not agree on,i have never found you to be anything other then a positive presence on these forums.
so in a world where harsh words can flow with disturbing ease on the internet, and sometimes echo in our heads a bit longer then they should.i hope these kind ones find you well

"Well I thank you very much. On an internet which is normally VERY negative and people indulge in their anonymity with a license to be mean it's rare to find someone who has a good heart. Thanks again and God bless you my friend."
While I do not in fact have all that good of a heart(and could have done without him getting some god blessing on me), I think he was a stand up guy and I am sorry to hear of his passing.
I did read his news posts and I did notice when they stopped and I wondered what happened. Thankyou for letting us know.
R.I.P
We only interacted briefly, mostly on Dr Who threads where for a change, I got to see the shows before the US. I had always figured that with the nuking of the CH/VC forum, he'd given up posting.
However, I always enjoyed his threads, his love of the Whoniverse and his appreciation of certain redheads.
Travel safely Lord of Time.

That was a very nice post about Lord_Of_time, Turgenev. The way you described him reminds me very much of a current IRL friend (who I cannot get into the game no matter how hard I try), so I get an idea of what your friendship was like and how you must miss him. Sadly I never knew LoT myself.
All that said...
