"Inanimate" objects are pretty much just regular NPCs with no powers except for a self-only immobilize + KB protection (it's why many of them will turn and face you upon being aggroed!)

Hey, on a bank mish the other day, my stalker got jailed and hit the cell door so hard he frightened it.

OK, I'm pretty sure if a stalker attacks from hidden against an attack-able/destroyable object that he can get the damage bonus. Am I right?
If I am, then, my main question is.. Could he use Placate on the object to do so again?
