You folks probably have never heard of me (I'm one of the quiet one you're supposed to watch out for; it's always one of us), but I used to Stalk on Union
Anyway, I've made the jump into TSW and the water is lovely; I play a Lumie called HellDark on the Arcadia server. I'm no expert, but I have started doing the Elite Dungeons, so if anyone wants help with teaming the normal dungeons, feel free to look me up, I'm on most evenings (GMT) and randomly at weekends.

Assault Rifle has the potential to be dangerously cheesy.
It has good AoE, but against single targets it can be really good. Leech is hax.
I'm still quite early on in the game, running around splatting zombies, but so far loving it. I particularly like the investigative/deductive aspect of some of the missions. Plus, luring zombies onto landmines will never get old.

I just started up on Arcadia server. Running an Illuminatus called MrFlax, with Blood Magic and Assault Rifle. There are a few glitches and bugs, but so far really enjoying it.

The character was named ERG-1. He is better known these days as Wildfire. Not really a problem with your current name, but you may want to avoid dropping the Z from the beginning.

Actually, the server transfers can have other uses. I used 2 of them as a MacGyvered name change for one of my toons yesterday.

Hi folks. I noticed something odd this morning and wondered if it's a known error or if I'm just doing it wrong.
Anyway, I got up a bit earlier than I need to this morning so I could log on to do some invention badges (yes, I am that sad), but I noticed that no matter how many inventions I made, the count on the "nearly completed" section of the badge tab wouldn't change. I'll give an example:
I clicked on the badge tab and went to inventions. I scrolled down to where it said "Create level 15 to 20 Accuracy Enhancements to get this badge" and when I hovered the mouse over the uncompleted badge it showed the "9 of 15 complete" popup or something similar. So I bought ingredients and recipes for 6 level 20 Accuracy IOs and went to craft them.
But I didn't get a badge. In fact, when I went back to check, the hover-over still said the same "9 of 15 complete". The same thing happened again with 2 other IO types I tried.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Not noticed extra salvage drops, but I seem to be getting waaaaay more recipe drops, and decent ones too.

It's the unnecessarily exotic names that get me. Having to keep right-clicking on everything in stores to find out which SO or DO I am actually looking at is quite frustrating. I think it would help if each one had a subtitle, e.g:
Mercurial Theorem (Recharge Speed)
And yes, I have that one memorized, but like Sherlock Holmes there is only so much room in my brain to put stuff, and learning new things pushes old things out... which is my excuse for forgetting birthdays, anniversaries etc -

I had just this problem. I found that closing the launcher, then reopening it, allowed me to launch the 2nd account
