There you are. Now we wait for the update on this end. :/

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

Am I missing some sort of more detailed article? Because all I'm seeing is a two-paragraph blurb that pretty much rehashes the same stuff with a link to the main webpage (which then apparently automatically redirects to the Freedom preview).

The front page is supposed to have something on it. I won't pretend to understand how PS marketing works.

"It is a abandoned, forgotten place, and a home for those who are now forgotten and abandoned."

Wait, isn't that Dark Astoria?

Nitpick: 'an' abandoned, forgotten place not 'a' abandoned, forgotten place. Somebody been reading MMO forums too long!

On a more (or less) serious note, the whole magic being the most powerful force thing there seems rather abrupt. No mention of magic until the next to last paragraph. Why is the place so magical? And why did no one notice all this powerful magic when the place was being built?

Explain it, GG!

Prolly the same reason no one noticed Croatoa was so magical until the gnomes went nuts. Unobtanium!

My guess is that this line is the reason.

At a guess this is where Cole found the another source of The Well. And when the sonic fences were turned inwards the massive burst of death/destruction eradicated what remained of the barrier between this "next" world and the normal world was eradicated

There's a LOT of death and destruction involved in building a city. Not necessarily a lot of human death... but still death! And destruction!

That's an unfair assessment considering we don't have all the details of the Hamidon attack. Especially seeing how Cole was advised to Nuke the place.

Or it is possible FW was built over the Praet version on Orebenga? (I know- spelling...)

My question is- do you mean to tell me that no one in Cole's forces noticed what was growing underground when they built the city???? To me that would be the first place to shore up!

Real question is how was it fixed for Praetoria?

Simple, the sonic fences have a massive, bubble shape to them that reaches into the earth and the sky in a vague, goofy looking, ovid shape.

Tyrant can solo the Hamidon - couldn't he have fought it while his Praetoian Guard helped get the people to safety?

But this wasn't just Hamidon. It was Hamidon and it's followers.
I think in Tyrant's duel against Hamidon they must have reached that much of an agreement.

Don't your allies mention several times that Cole wasn't alone when he fought Hamidon?

In fact don't they acknowledge that Hamidon would have won if Cole hadn't entered the fray?

So while he didn't do it alone, his involvement was a turning point.

Is this not the case?

I actually think the secret of the Cole/Hami stare-down is supposed to be some big 'woah' moment for the praetorian storyline. If that's true or not, who knows, but that's the intent, at least for the praetorian population.

The devs have said that there's a huge secret that we'll discover on the Underground Trial in I21 that will "shatter the world of Praetoria permanently" - on the Trial, we fight loyalists as well as the DE before we confront the Avatar of the Hamidon and learn the secret
