Could we also be allowed to buy US stuff for a US account even if we live in Europe? I have to manually alter the ID of the item I'm looking at to get the US version every time I want to buy something. A button to flip the version we're looking at would be nice.

The point that Rajani Isa was trying to make is that the "Player Questions" forum is for players asking other players for help. Technically, this thread should probably be located in the Suggestions forum.
Even more technically, you should probably PM one of the board administrators or Black Pebble to (politely) state your case and why you feel this is hurting business, so they can pass it on to the people who actually run the store (who are completely separate from any entity that runs this game or message board). The store site is actually run by Paragon Studios' parent company, NCSoft, and Paragon can't do much about the format they use.

You don't have to, at least for most things on the store. All Booster packs are side independent. Avatea verified this a while back and I purchased two allegedly EU boosters for my US account yesterday.

Blame your own country's policies Yohan. Brazil insists that there's a local representative for all imported commerce. The policy has it's good and bad points with the bad coming from what to do when the local representative doesn't really care anymore (or tack on a huge mark up because they can).
Personal experience. One company I worked at sold PCs with installed manufacturing software, which was our product, to customers so all they need to do is boot up and everything is already set up (this was way back before most companies had IT departments and the Internet wasn't for the general public). With Brazil we had to get a Brazilian company to buy Brazilian assembled PCs and then install our software we sent them and then our agents could sell these to our customers in Brazil.

Can you pass it along or whatever it takes to get the ball rolling on the NC Soft store getting an upgrade...? During my recent purchases I found no way to select multiple items. To purchase 2 packs I had to complete two separate transactions.... kind of a drag but the store could use a little attention to make purchases a little more simpler...
