My partner logged on today to play on Liberty and found this, floating over the parkinglot between the train and city hall.

Also, it's pretty impressive that Tyrant can maintain a dimensional portal despite all attempts to stop him. i'm guessing it's still there as a conduit for surveillance after his attack was repelled. Any heroes who can do so should close it ASAP.

Noticed one on top of City Hall in Atlas on Virtue last night as well.

Considering the one character I hard crashed twice on was near during the lagfest that was the Virtue Invasion. Go figure...
