I wanted to make a fat character too for one of my villains.
But I definately think Female Huge... its time. 
Any additional body types would be nice, but at this point probably won't happen since they would have to make new animations for every power for each new body type. There would also be issues with costume parts.
I would love to see some new types though.

Female huge......I wouldn't use. unless it was just a more muscular female. I could get behind that.

She-Hulk on the front was my idea for female huge. Of course you could go more or less just like male huge.
I just wish we had an option to make our female characters muscular, instead of just bulkier. The male models have the muscular or smooth options for tights and bare bodies, the females should have that as well!

Noble Savage has already hinted that muscular textures for females are on the table. How much work has been finished, or how soon it is added to the game are, of course, unannounced.

Jay mentioned this in the live stream during downtime yesterday, and pretty much repeated the line that all the animations would also have to be redone and that amount of work was prohibitive.
