It's almost a given that some people will be a bit confused about what buffs actually help with the Judgement powers. Why complicate the situation by giving incorrect information (information that is also bound to create further confusion about the "related" Accuracy buffs)?
The in-game text says that the ratio is 10 Shards to *10* Threads every 20 hours. Typo in the patch notes?

Inf, Prestige, Vangaurd merits, Reward merits, Tickets, Hero/Villain Merits, and Shards (notices, uncommons, commons) really weren't doing it for me anymore, but now I get threads and 2 new merits! Woooo!

I'm pretty sure that's a reference to things like Leadership or Mind Link, which currently don't affect nearby players that are not on your team. Dispersion Bubble does.
One of my immediate questions, when I read of Leagues, is "does Leadership stack across the League?" and that answers that with a "no". Otherwise you could just make sure you had 16-20 VEATS in a league and these events would be trivial. (Full disclosure - I have never participated in these trials on test, so I don't know how they work).

Interesting. Don't remember seeing this listed during the beta and I actually thought this was already added during I19 unless these are brand new variants. If these are new variants, any word on which map numbers are affected?

Any word on what's going on with the character slots?
I logged in to see a few redeemable ones (2-4 depending on the account), but ones that were unlocked are unavailable.
It since has removed those extra, unearned slots, but the previously unlocked slots are still unavailable.

If a power only affected the team you were on before I20, it will still only affect the group of 8 you're in while in a League. If it covered whoever was in your range, it will still do so.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

However, as a villain, you proactively follow a lead in order to make this contact respond to you. But, from where comes such a lead?.... It's a Tip!

Issue 21 will introduce Incarnate Chips, Incarnate Dip, and Incarnate Nuggets. These can be combined, cross-trained, demoted, depressed, repressed, reworked, folded, mutilated and spindled into each other at random costs, or can be combined like an Incarnate Voltron into Delirium Merits, good for breaking down (at a 5:1 ratio with a 300,000,000 INF fee) into a single Incarnate Button, which can be turned in for a half price tailor session.
