I'm getting angry just thinking about it.

SS/FA Brutes got a relatively recent buff with the FA changes(consume, fiery embrace, burn). If SS was nerfed it would be beyond stupid.

Actually, my ss/fa is and has been done for over a year now, im just coming back after not playing for 5 mos. Sorry to push the wrong button on you guys just trying to start a friendly convo since everyone on this board is stressing about farming and how the ss/fa is the best just wanted to see what people could/did come up with.

Because Fire Farms in AP and CAP are all the rage, where morons charge people 8-15 million per PL-Farm run and even bigger morons pay those prices to be PLd.

You'll have to forgive most of the more serious posters who really could care less one iota about which build is the most epic for farming stuff, because epic farming is an oxymoron - especially when there is a post on this like every two hours.

Well then I will start things off. Heres a build for a KM/SR brute. I think it could do better but meh. The end gain on it is crazy good if ya ask me + darn near perma hasten = yum.

Well I AM a mad scientist.

Also the reason I have this build is because I was initially going to do a self imposed Iron Man challenge of 'power pools only from level 6' and set about working out how I could make the build not only work but atleast be semi-effective.

It's ridiculously expensive (that 5 sets of Kinetic Combat would set you back a serious chunk of change) but the build does end up with 40% defense to Smashing/Lethal, I reckon I could tweak it more to get the full 45% without dipping into the PvP IO +def unique.

You see.. Fellas, this is the reason more people don't post on the Forums. I'm not trying to add any more snark than already exists on this thread, but to the people who actually posted builds in response: Your maturity is appreciated. You could've just as easily posted a super-cool one liner, or meme, but your willingness to take the path less travelled is commendable.

I have a different view. I wish people would come to the boards to look for something other than free builds. I wish we could talk about powersets that we like or don't. I wish we could discuss changes that we want seen. Most importantly, I wish that every thread in the brute section weren't about ss/fa farming builds.

It's been said many times- but I think people are much more willing to lend a hand or eye to inspect or help rebuild a person's build if they post up what they have first. At least that way it looks like a person has done some of the work on their own instead of asking for a hand out.

Words to the wise aren't necessary- it's the stupid ones that need them.
