Seems like it's been long-since ready, so that's not a huge surprise, though I sorta expected them to sit on it a little while longer. Time to grind, grind, grind, grind, and grind some more!
...so when's i21?
It's usually about a 3-4 month span between issues so an April release doesn't come as a huge surprise. However, it's still exciting to actually have concrete information now.

Soon-ish - we've already seen stuff from the Anti-Matter Trial and the Hamidon Trial from PAX East, but they've not said yet if both Trials will be in I21 or not - the hamidon one could still be I22.

While I'm pretty sure they do something most years, I only remember two April Fool's jokes offhand, but neither was "we're releasing a new issue that we've said we were going to release for a while now, on a date that makes perfect sense, lolnotreally"

But while it's always possible our Devs could come up with all sorts of April Fools jokes I doubt very seriously that they would ever choose to "joke" about the timing of the release of their next Issue. Releasing new content is vital to the future of the MMO from a business/profits point of view. Put it this way: Would you "joke" around with your livelihood?
