It seems like everywhere you look someone is complaining about Lore Pets, Preatorians, No Ponies, etc. I just want to say thank you to the devs for all the work they have put into this game and i20. Yes I may not agree with all of it, but I do appreciate the work you guys and gals are doing.

I concur.

In their haste to badmouth the things they dislike about the Incarnate system and the game in general, people frequently forget (or just don't care) that the devs are working their butts off on this.

So, thanks devs, for caring enough to give us anything at all, even though you are getting almost no appreciation out of a lot of your customers at the moment.

It's just forum angst. I hear very little of it in game.

I'm not complaining - waiting patiently for server list merge and access to US servers.

Best devs in any game I have ever played, ever! I just figure that some people don't feel like themselves if they are not complaining or critisizing. Just a human nature thing.

I actually like most of what's coming in I20. I only get critical about the Lore pets in particular because they are repeating the same mistake with them that they made with the 36 and 48 month Vet pets: Very limited hardwired choices. I cut our Devs plenty of slack when they make NEW mistakes. But when they repeat old ones that they should have known better about years ago then yes, I think they deserve a bit of "constructive feedback" about it. That doesn't seem all that unreasonable to me. *shrugs*

The overrepresented minority should take measures to ensure that they represent the underrepresented majority while they're at it! :P (In other words, the people who post complaints are the minority, while it's not very likely that someone will post approval, simply due to the fact that if you posted for everything you approved of, you'd be posting a ton.)

I took a 4 year break from COH for one reason or another... but I decided to come back because the game still has Draw, there has been a million and 1 changes to the game and it still boils down to be fun enough for me to enjoy the game every time I log in. Fun enough to ignore all the older characters and Roll 15 new characters and 1 all the way to 50+ and I still enjoy Loading that character every time.

Well simply compare real life to the real game and decide which has more mistakes. Maybe when you come to the conclusion then those problems might not be so bad after all.

Fun is Fun and that's why many are still here and many come back.... and as long as Real Life doesn’t get in the way, we can enjoy the Fun tomorrow.

I first joined 5 years ago and I've only taken three months out of the game and play every day.

That's the best "thankyou" I can give the devs.

Personally I do post when I find stuff I love and I do enjoy the game. But, as a fan, it'd be foolish of me to expect to love everything about the game. But when I find something so troublesome as the "end game" system it would be wrong of me to fail to mention it, because it's probably not just me feeling that way.

But most people don't express those concerns & dislikes, instead they just quit. Which gives the Devs nothing to go on. At least if I tell them what I don't like they are then given the choice of taking my concern on board and examine it. Granted they may choose to do nothing about those concerns but that's something I'll deal with if and when it doesn't happen. But if I and a few other people stick our heads above the parapet and say "Wait a sec, not everything here is perfect because..." that's perfectly legitimate and actually useful.

We know the Devs do listen. The Server List Merge is a prime example. We had to bang on a drum for a long time and they didn't communicate with us very well about it but it did happen and that's a testament to them.

There is a lot to be thankful for in this game and I personally love it. But when I find something that makes me unhappy it's not wrong to point that out either.

Posting concerns and ideas for improvement is awesome!

Paragon over the years has implemented many thing that got support and feedback from the player base, making them that much more awesome.
