I'm also wondering how the listing will affect globals since I have a counterpart in the US with the same handle. My US global is unique but it will be a shame if I lose my name after all this time.

While this as been my psuedonym since for about a decade its not worth paying for a US version of the game to activate that trial account, hope it has a global rename token and doing that.

I know for a fact theres a @Nightshade on us servers due to the fact theres AE arcs which ain't mine active. I really don't want to have to go back to my old global and having EU plastered on my global wouldn't seem right to me.

I am not that upset with name change. If mine is taken I can always misspell it, or make @CatAstropy of @Cat Astrophy (not like it spelled right anyway). If that doesn't work - there is always Cat Aclysm.

the extend of 'Rex' also is a good one... When the start of your global name stays the same the problems will be less. There are global changes often when I keep track of my global list.
Spaces are accepted in globals too. The biggest problem would be informing all who are around of your new name.
