Still no new swords for Katana users and re hashing of info known already. Yeah really no big news. (The global server news was guess/leaked days ago)

Okay so I just read the transcript from the pax east thing at newsarama.

EU and NA servers 'merged'....does that just mean the servers show up on our list (and vice-versa) or are they actually merging servers (with name issues/etc)?


Are there still going to be 'servers' or just 1 big server per se?



I swear, the leaks that happen need to be in a specific board/spot so I can check one spot and 'be in the know' :P

Lists. You'll be able to pop over to Union (Onion) or Defiant (Deviant) and we'll be able to pop onto Freedom (Freedumb)

Or I can pop over to my old hangout - Pinnacle.

All the servers will be on one list.

I'm kind of curious what's going to go on with the server list merger. I have a friend who let a 5 year account on the EU servers lapse and get a new one on the NA side of things because all his friends played there.

He'd like to get his vet rewards and old characters back, but he's got a pile of new characters, some level pacted, as well as the Going Rogue expansion on his NA account also.

Though I know that there is more info coming on Monday/Tuesday, he and I would really like to know if something can be done about the situation.

Woah! Is this true? We're going from 2 English servers to 13!! I can feel my altitis itching already....

you know there are 4 EU servers right? And they are based in the US now? And as far as I know the population on the two English ones is comparable with the other NA servers.

The server list merge just about overshadows the continuing Praetoria obsession and discounting of street clothes as 'non-heroic'. If it wasn't for that, I'd be disappointed.

Instead I can look forward to rolling up new alts on the formerly NA servers and meeting lots of new people.
