If some people missed out on the free transfers because they waited too long to come back then they are out of luck. That's the price we all pay when we decide to wait.
The players that bought the GR pre-purchase didn't get the free 30 days or the Item Pack.
The players that didn't buy the GR pre-order from Gamestop didn't get the 5 enahncement perks.
And the players who didn't have their accounts active during Jan 2010, and the first week GR went live all missed out on the free transfers.

It would be nice, but I think there is a growing fear of some servers becoming too overwhelmed if another round of free transfers happens. I took advantage of it to move some retired 50s across several servers to make room on the main one I frequent, but also to have a lvl 50 elsewhere in case of special events I might want to take part in.

I don't envy the devs decision on the free transfers because on one hand they could have given us a set number of tokens we could use any time we wanted, but then how many tokens is fair, because there will always be people kvetching that they weren't given enough. Or they could give us unlimited transfers for a set period of time, which results in some people being upset because they missed the "event".
Personally I hope they decide to add a few free transfers to vet rewards. Maybe as a yearly thing like the free character slots.
It's all about the almighty dollar. Giving away things isn't how they make money and they don't care about what the single person wants. Mob mentality is what the devs fear.

I missed the last round of server tansfers and I would like the ability to move a good number of my toons to Virtue which is where most of my SG plays now. If not free I wish they would discount if you ordered more than one transfer at a time.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.

I just want MOAR max slots per server. Please. Pretty please. Pretty please with sugar on top. How hard is it to add a 4th 12-slot character selection page? I'll GLADLY pay for unlocking the slots. Is it that they think I'll start a second account, cuz that ain't happening.

Has there been any talk of another small window of Free Server Transfers?
I ask because in playing the last month or so it seems quite a few players seem to have come back to CoH. I know in my own small group that FOUR have returned after being gone for over a year or more. It would be nice to have us all together again. (The few of us remaining diehards moved to a more populated server in thier absence)
If "Free" is not an option, then how about a reduction in cost? I believe an affordable $3 per transfer would help them to generate some additional revenue and put the price into a more reasonable range for most people. I have half a dozen transfers to do my self as well, but it's not even an option at $10 a pop - never will be. The $10 cost is simply outrageous.
I don't know how popular the current $10 per transfer model is but I can't be the only one who feels it to be more of a Penalty than an Option. Better to have a option thats reduced in price and used more than one that remains excessively expensive and rarely used.
