War Machine is cool and Don Cheadle is a good actor. I see nothing wrong with this so far.
As long as Stark\IM shows up some where even as a cameo, that works, and it works off the movies already done, it could be a fun movie.

I never read any of the War Machine comics, so I don't know anything about Rhodey. But Don Cheadle could read the L.A. phone book in funny voices for two hours and I'd buy a ticket.

I don't suppose they'll do the storyline where Rhodey becomes a cyborg with the ability to absorb and incorporate any weapons and technology that's around him into the War Machine armor.

The only War Machine arc in comics that I really liked, or remember is in Iron Man Tony was dead and Rodney took over running Stark Enterprises. I liked it because Rodney got to be his own character and not Stark's buddy/body guard.
When we get a War Machine movie I hope that the War Machine armor and Rhodney get the chance to be shown outside of Tony's shadow.
