Cute dresses and girly costumes

Given the prevalence of RP in the game - yeah.
There need to be some male options but male/party or male/formal is *pretty* well covered.
Of course, part of the problem with *some* of them (full length) is movement - which is why we haven't gotten them, or robes. More work to mesh well with things like Martial Arts.
(Thinking of some of the 'casual' bits over in Aion - they had some rather nice pieces. Some rather goofy ones, too, TBH, but they did have some nice ones.)
Apparently dresses are really hard to pull off. I believe one of the reasons carnie illusionists have them is because they don't move their legs(perpetual hover).

anyhow, i wouldnt say no to more skirts. long dresses are, as has ben mentioned, problematic and the lead costume designer, jay doherty, felt the long dresses and robes looked bad (paraphrasing) and would not be in this game. I personally had discussed the addition of more detailed skirts, as well as jackets and shirts for something inspired by the Japanese interpretation of the "gothic" look as a good place to start, that may have some of what you are asking for.

adding for the Gothic dresses i was discussing 
One of my female characters was inspired by Lyla from Spider-Man 2099, and thus I always envision her wearing a full length, tight skirt that gathers around her feet. I have no earthly idea how that could be animated without clipping, or even how she would be able to move or fight in that. 
(Since she transforms into a bodysuit for fighting it wouldn't really be a problem)
I'd love love love to have some cuter outfits. This is one of mine that i've heard a lot of good things about - even won a winter-themed CC!

I just figured the shorter should be very easy for them, as there wouldn't be the clipping to worry about.

I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.
I saw that there was an eagle head incoming and would like to make the following suggestion:
Cute pixie style dresses to match the butterfly wings (sparkly ones).
I would love to see a shaggy nature-type themed dress.
Also, a princess dress or skirt option like the carnie illusionists have but prettier and less "queen of hearts" style skirt.
I'm thinking healing fairy or cinderella hero.
