So sad that the new Master of Apex/Tin Mage TFs are just badge collecting and not 0 defeats/no temps.
They should have left off the Master of designation for collecting all the badges and called them Apex Specialist/Tin Mage Specialist.

As I've never done Apex, is finishing it in 30minutes extremely fast, fast, normal or slow?
I also agree with Pum if getting the Master badge achievement is coded to be achieved by getting badges it should have another title thrown in like Specialist. Otherwise it just makes things confusing.
From my experiences in Beta for I19, 36min is a fast time.

Because he has Hide Autopowers checked. Otherwise the buffs from the team window would scroll across the entire screen. Just look at the character buffs under his Menu bar. That character has a Musculature uncommon boost slotted.

I am even more amazed at how you have your screen set up. What size is that monitor? 23"?
In the lower right, the FPS display, and the graph along the bottom ... do those help you play better or just keep you mindful of when not to rush in to battle?

As Gad said, there is no such time when not to rush into battle
. "Rush In" is the mindset of players I'm playing with on regular basis.
Netgraph and FPS just help me to see whether there is any problem with connectivity, lag, etc. It doesn't help me play better though.
