To reiterate: For the cape with the 'wrenches' on them....
Get rid of the wrenches. 
That is all.
Still getting 'Unable to accept order', both through browsing the store, and through the US link in the first post, both directly paying the ncsoft website, and going through paypal. I'm really puzzled that this continues to be a problem; surely after so many instances of this popping up for so many products, ncsoft would realize that there's an ongoing issue of people willing but UNABLE to give them money?

Seems a bit sad booster to me too.
I love the work done, but I think is a bit overpriced for my tastes.
It should come with at least 1 really cool looking brooch for each cape, that detail was totally overlooked.
It really doesnt have an option for each kind of cape, like, high collar, single shoulder, short cape and so on? Really?

i remember when the emote pack came out and so much hate along with it... new pack comes out and its capes and auras and the first page i see is pretty much praise.
heh... i just dont get it, personally im skipping this.. i was never a cape/aura person really. its also why i stopped joining sgs that were popular, they had the whole"gotta wear this uniform with a cape and auras!" if only half the toons i ever made were standard super herotypes, i wouldn't mind capes or auras for that matter, but most are the typical.. 24/7 secret idenity costume which doubles as my hero look.. usually jeans.. a shirt...footwear of somekind... and maybe shades of somekind. when i think about it.. at least 12 of my characters have never even done the cape or aura missions, i just do my costume missions and that's it really.
but aside from my rambling i must admit i did like the atom effects though, if anything i'd most likely use that and thats it.
but ehh. overall its nice that they keep coming out with stuff to keep things fresh, regardless my views on it. i enjoy the effort as a whole and hope they come out with more stuff even better than the last.

Auras and capes not really my thing... Same with emotes.
I havent bought a booster since martial arts booster pack.
Mutant, party and origins were not my thing, overpriced or just crappy.
If they would added a nice looking ninja scarf to the origins pack, well, then I could buy it.
But I admit, the work was awesome.
I understand they work better when it comes to paid stuff.
Atomic, runes and leaves auras, and the science cape are my favourites.

Unless Paragon has a dungeon full of artists chained to a wall that work for bread and water the prices seems more than justified by the quality and volume of the contents.
"they should have added _______ and _______ and ______ and while they were at it _________, and it should have been free!" is an easy game to play, but here in the real world this pack was a great bargain for players who're interested in expanding their special effects wardrobe.

Players who love auras and capes are extremely happy with this pack and for them, the price is fair. Im happy for those players too, I have seen awesome screens of them using the new auras and capes.
But Im not a cape/aura guy.
If they ever release a weapon pack, with the same price, I would think is fair, and players who never play weapon archetypes would think is a waste.
Maybe the price is fair, I just think I would only use a couple of those auras and capes and dont find it worth it for that price.

TO ME, this booster is overpriced. Why? Because I would only use 2 auras and one cape, so 9 are not worth it.
Im not speaking as universal preacher about boosters price.
Who do you think you are Nethergoat? You are nobody to say if Im an audience for this pack, Im part of the playerbase and even if Im not an audience for this booster pack, you are nobody to say if my opinions got value or not.
I dont care if you think my opinions are out of value, dude.
Try to avoid me in forums, would be better for both of us.

I'm not angry at NCSoft or anything like that, I understand wanting to make a buck, but they'll have to do better than that to get MY buck. For the record, I do have all of the origin packs and the ninja pack.

With the Party Pack there was legitimacy to the griping about the price point.

First you say an opinion regarding pack price is valid, now here you say it's not. Target audience or not, his opinion is valid. Or not. Only in your subjective world does another's opinion have more or less weight.
Back during the Party Pack debacle, you mocked those ("malcontents" I think was the word) who reasonably took issue with the PP price point. But, now it's overpriced says thee.
Now, I know you'll contort your response with all kind of semantic gymnastics to "refute" my points. But your Doublespeaking posts are really getting tired. Oh, so tired.

Ok this is getting very very fustrating, for the past 2 days I have not been able to get this booster becasue store is stuck on stupid. Some one has droped a big heavy bowling ball on there foot on this one.....grrrrrrrr
