And if he got all the junk he complained about not getting it'd be, what, 1/3rd of a cent per piece? =P

But that's just his thing, he was griping in one of the Incarnate threads about how unfair it was we were only getting one slot for starters and how we ought to get at least 3.

My experience with costume bits is once you've got it you find reasons to use it. Every pack I've picked up over the years ends up having applications I didn't anticipate.

I don't get paid to correct your misconceptions so I'll leave you to them.

Stop follow me on forums, dude. You have some kind of obsession with me...
Get a life.

A week into the Origin pack, as usual I have used it for what I bought it to use for [most of my Magic people HAD TO HAVE at least one costume with the Runes - and most of my people are Magic], and have discovered multiple other uses for it along the way! An aura here, a cape there.... I'm piecing it out all over the place, and I declare it good.

For instance I did not think I had use #1 for the Bioplasmic aura, but it turns out that I DO. And not just once. Every such use amortizes down the cost of the pack, I know I should be complaining but I am too busy enjoying the Impervium cape. So there

Yah, the more I mess around with it the more I find myself using it.
The auras are spectacular, and even the capes are making inroads....and I'm not a big cape guy.

They are just getting you all used to spending your cash on "packs" and "boosters", so they can quietly turn this game into a Monthly Fee game AND a micro-transaction game!

Pure greed! 10 bucks for a few effects and costume pieces, or a whole pack for emotes....wtf??? lol

Costumes and auras and stuff like that should be free! Dead free!!! Again....pure greed!

I don't have as big of a problem with charging money for powers or content....altho, again, seems like something a micro-transaction F2P would do, not a Subscription game. But, greed is king in business!

(I exclude Martial Arts pack from my criticism.....cause Ninja Run is just that damn good! The only pack I have ever bought)

P.S. Actually I lied....wayyyy back I got the Good Vs. Evil 10 buck pack, so I could enter bases, I didn't have CoV at the time. Also got that Jump pack....which I use alllllll the time on every toon at some point in their careers....goes well with Ninja Run....the 2 together get me around quite nice!

If you were around long enough to remember the Good versus Evil pack, then you already know that way back in the day, WE GOT NEW COSTUME PIECES ONCE IN A BLUE MOON!!! IF THEN!!

Once. In. A. Blue. Moon.

Here are your two choices:

*new costume pieces in packs that you pay for, on a fairly regular schedule, and pretty good pieces, too

OR

*A few costume pieces once in a blue moon. That being.... twice a year or so. And they might just be Tights patterns, not real costume pieces.

Those are your choices. That is how this game rolls. You are NOT getting extremely time-consuming, beautiful reflective pieces for free; that's just not going to happen. The developer's actions on this point have been crystal clear: if you want the best stuff, you WILL pay for it.

Free = a trickle of items at a snail's pace, paying = pretty brisk releases. That's it, folks. Complaining will change nary a thing: you are still not getting this stuff for free.

THE BEST COSTUME PIECES WILL NEVER BE FREE AGAIN. This is reality, live it, learn it, love it. But please, stop demanding stuff that is not gonna happen. If you think for one instant that the game's owners are going to give up this quite lucrative little cash cow, think again. Because they're not. I can promise that with 100% certainty.

Moo who?:

I will post my opinion in every thread I want to.
Dude, you are not that important, even if you try to pretend you are.
You were doing copy/paste of my post from other threads with my thoughs about Incarnate levels for what, something demagogic against me?
You are messing matters, here we are discussing the origins pack.

Grow a bit, man.

And I'll reply whenever I want to.

You seem a little confused about what a forum is.
It's not your private radio station where you hold forth and everyone listens raptly, it's an interactive medium.

Don't like that, too bad.

I know how forums works and I know something for sure, nobody can tell others their opinion doesnt have value.
You did it, and thats just silly. You try to impose your opinion, you can try as much as you can with no sucess.
I think you are the one confused, you change matters in every response with no sense at all, and get lost in your own talk quickly and then jump into another theme.
Its boring to argue with you

Tried to buy the origins pack, but it says the store is down. Anyone else get that too when trying to purchase something?

Are you trying to purchase from the EU? If so, look for the link that Avatea posted earlier in this thread, and use that. If not, it may just be a temporary issue.

Nope I am trying to buy from the NA tried 4 times already.
