first of all, the siege in that mish does NOT count towards dimensional warder
i think the knowledge of his heal being completely overpowered has been out there since GR launch, and most poeple just avoid it since it doesnt give badge credit anyway
this is a new model of seige too if you run the old arc then he will still be his old wimpy self

Heh. I tried to solo Baphomet as an AV on my ill/rad using fiteklub rules (no insp, no temps). I could get him down to 25% of HP, he would heal back to 50%, and by the time I got him down to 25% again, his heals were recharged already... So frustrating!

the new seige only appears in an extra mish after you complete "heroes epic" story arc as far as im aware of

I have only tried it and passed it on my ice/ice blaster but i recall it being a long fight with his regen and his Death Ray. But i suppose he had more DMG then a tank

Anyways I did notice these new missions do count towars the badge/accolade.
Full teams with debuffers also failing on this my friend said everyone quit after an hour lol funny stuff.
Toss out some more dance emotes .. its ok if mission fixes are put on hold lol

I tried a different approach
Was the mish the new revamped version of ole siegie poo and his pretorian bots? looks like they revamped it to be more inline with going rogue graphics, animations and toons ..
I did find this arc funny with Stateman rolling thru every other mish tooling the badies lol im half way thru them il finish it tonight hopefully ill get old siegie later on.

I had to call in help to defeat Siege. My MA/SR scrapper couldn't kill him past the heal, and he couldn't kill me.

FYI, both arcs are available in Ouroboros. The new arc is called 'A Hero's Epic'. The old one is called 'A Hero's Hero'.
P.S. Both of Tina MacIntyre's arcs are also there. The new one is 'The Instant Army'. The old one is 'The Praetorian War'.

You can get the 40-45 arcs as soon as you hit 45. To access the 45-50 arcs, you need to be 50.
However, you can accompany someone else running the arc as long as you are in the level range. So you could do it now if you find a level 50 to be leader and get the arc.

I shouldn't need to try to find a Cold or /Poison for some -special to beat a flunky AV.

Not really fond of waiting to lvl 50 to get this badge/accolade through oro and running another set of X mish till it pops up, is this really that hard to fix??
Oro limitations on any arc's aren't exactly player friendly in this instance since you cant join any teams untill u finsih whatever goals your shooting for. Players/teamates must be within level range ..
So you need the time to commit to the Oro arc .. wish you could pick individual missions thru from Oro list in this particular arc since the new replacement is broken

I've done this mission solo on my bane in first 2-3 weeks after i18 release ( against Siege EB though ).
While he seemed to be little more difficult than most of EBs, I haven't had any problems with his heals. I had to kite around alot to avoid his orbital nuke though.

Managed to beat him, but it took an Ill/kin and kin/DP spamming Siphon Speed to put him down while the two blasters, two scrappers, and tank pounded on him. The thing isn't so much his damage or regeneration as that his heal - which I'm pretty sure is Dull Pain - comes up every 90 or 120 seconds or so. And it heals him and I'm betting boosts his total HP, which makes putting him down a much dicier proposition, as his regeneration goes up too then.
The best tactic seems to be using not -res or -regen or +damage so much as -recharge. Kill his recharge to the point that the Heal takes forever to come back and you can do enough damage between heals to put him down.
It's the kind of thing you run into with AVs in general that have Dull Pain or anything from the Regeneration set. Their already massive hitpoints mean that even basic heals or HP boosts or Regen boosts suddenly make the AV a monster.

All the pretorians count towards the badge in the new epics, do the arc and check the defeat badge count.
They all count now

Funny because the rest of the arc is ridiculously easy with the help of the hero elites kicking butt all over the missions.
No balance on that arc is there lmao, fun to do though n watch lol
Just spent half an hour pounding on him with my SD/SS tanker... used base empowerment buffs for attack speed and recovery, popped a bunch of big reds as needed...
Every single time at 1/4 health, he healed to half. No matter how I staggered my attack rate or poured on damage... always at the same marker he would pop his heal.
Very annoying.

He's a tank, too. Smashing damage (and lethal) would be the worst things to attack him with.

I absolutely despise "New Seige" even at -1 EB and a full fury bar and max capped on red's I can't beat him down. Seriously needs to be rethought.
Hello Mr Dev if you read this, can you check the heal on the revamped Seige mish on the AV arc's Hero side.
I normally could solo this and take my time to get the badges needed for the accolade. Sure depending on the toon im using some elites were harder than others.. obvioulsy im not doing this on a diff setting to get AV's.
So using a tank right now it was lvl 47 mish set 0-1 no boss .. I could get him down below 1/3rd health n his heal kicks in .. after an hour i gave up, even had friend join and help.
I levelled my toon to 48 upgraded enhancements to 50s same friend he was lvl 43 km/Reg scrapper lowered diff to -1 so now im 2 levels higher and still its a stalemate because his heal is always up n ready for him to use. I dont think a 3rd level higher will even matter
So that being said and im not asking for advice or want to form a team or using this n that of coarse i know all about those options lol...

If any red name reads this can you check the rech time on the heal please and consider changing it, I know teaming is encouraged however this in this it has never been needed before. It isnt a tf/sf. I dont have time for teams and to be perfectly frank just not in the mood at times.
I want my soloable story arch back and be able to unwind n chill with 0 drama and 0 waiting lol
