That would be a no. People have the right to vote in private. Based on statements on this thread there is atleast 1 Captain telling others they voted differently than they did. That tells me that apparently peer pressure is a problem. I will however never include 2 votes in one p.m. again which might make it easier to understand, hopefully.

First of all this is not how you ask for a vote. Second of all stop trying to make this about you and me and our past issues. That **** was supposed to be squashed. No you can not get votes to be an exception to rules. (what you asked for the last vote for) and no you do not get to vote on changing how I choose to run the league. Requiring people to publicly vote is not fair and I don't give a damn who tells you they think its a cool idea.

I am very encouraged that the healer limit has been reversed. Hopefully there will be no more rules/issues changes that affect the league after the fact, being that we are about to start week 3.

On the subject of Oz leaving. Is there an alternate list of players available? Droe and Scribe only need 1 more. I don't see why their team has to fold if they could just find 1 more. I realize that Ra just added on...is there anyone else that knows of someone that wants to join up? Who knows...if we can find someone to fill out Droe & Scribe's 3rd spot, maybe Oz might have a change of mind down the road after a break. Besides 8 teams just sounds better than 7.

I wouldn't take that the wrong way Oz. I was just suggesting to anyone who is in the league that knows of someone who might be interested in joining up, much like the same way Ra did. Whether your team/former team "wants" that person is not up to me. But imo I'd rather not see a team drop out if there were other options.

To each his own I suppose. I apologize if I gave the impression that I was interfering or being persuasive.

Anyways can we by chance keep the drama down? Would be much appreciated. I get yelled at for drama like this and I really don't feel like getting yelled at this week.

Is joining this league just to have fun really so foreign? IMO all these rules and ban this and ban that have really been blown out of proportion. Well I had fun the first week (roflstomped as we were) I unfortunately didnt make it the 2nd week but I'm sure I would have had fun then too. If rules permit I think having a good time is still a possibilty. As said before this league probably won't last a long time, I think if people could care a bit less about winning by any means necessary then it would be more fun for more people. Its pvp just go do it.

What might be a simple kind of blanket fix (probably not) to everything would be to propose no more than two of any "Class" in a 3 v 3 to 5 v 5 setting.

Meaning you could run no more than 2 blasters, 2 stalkers, 2 support 2 Disruption, 2 Rads, 2 Dom's etc etc.

Blasters, stalkers, Dominators are easily covered.. they are an AT and all. Support could be emp, pain, therm, whether they are controller, defender, corruptor it doesn't matter, just limited to 2.
*Note* Having a therm, even playing him offensive most matches I can safely say its easy to switch him to a support role in 3 v 3's with basic slotting of cauterize you can pretty much keep most people alive.

Disruption can be a lot of different things, MM's in general are disruptive to targeting, but a Pain MM would still count towards your support limit. Things like Colds, TA's, Stormies, etc would count towards the limit. Some toons, i.e. Grav/TA are more your "pure" disruption, where a Sonic/TA corrupter could be Damage/Disruption and that'd be okay.

I *think* it would cut out all the "Goofy" line ups, 3 MM's 3 Support, 3 Stalkers but still allows for a good bit of variability from 3 v 3's to 5 v 5's.

Just an idea, and if anyone could think of anything that might cause a problem with the suggestion just say.

So how are the bye's going to be handled now that there are an odd number of teams?

Well there actually is not an odd number of teams. Teams do not get removed for just rage quitting on the forums. "IF" OZ's team doesn't show up Saturday night then I will personally verify with them that they have quit. As the rules state.

Once they don't show up Saturday every team will get bye points as it becomes their week to fight the missing team. If at the end of the season I need to adjust those numbers based on whatever teams have came or went to make it fair then I will, and will explain what and how I did it.
