It was cool. We were running over stuff in Silver Mantis's Strike Force, and when we were done the idea of the channel came up. I figured there was no sense in just standing around talking about it, so the channel was created!
I've been wanting this channel for a while now. I'm happy I finally convinced MB to go through with it and that we found people who were actually interested in joining a channel like this. It's very refreshing.

Magenta, while I sometimes like joining a speed TF, I too prefer to plow through TFs instead of skipping large portions. Good luck on the new channel, and I'd be interested in joining it.

I follow Snow's path also. There are many of times I like to speed through some stuff...but sometimes you just need to send the piledrivers in to get **** done. I will pm you next time I am on or something like that.
No one is forcing you to join the channel. Only that this is a channel for people interested in Speed TFs.

Everyone automatically assumes that unless someone says otherwise, we're ghosting everything. This is why I would like a channel where I know people won't be in such a hurry all the time and will fight through everything and actually play their toons. Some people may see that ghosting missions is also "playing their toons," but to me, if you're just standing around at a door doing nothing, that's too boring for me and I don't pay $15 a month for it. Besides, there are plenty of people who actually feel the same way as me, so I don't see what the problem is. I love Triumph, there are a lot of people who are my friends that ghost things all the time, and that's all fine and dandy. I would just like to play the game differently is all.

If people have a problem with speeding, I don't mind slowing down at all. They just have to let me know.
There are times though that I appreciate a plow (esp when lvling an alt), so I would appreciate an invite to this new channel also. I promise to behave

Kay, I was just responding to what snow said :P I'm fine with the chan or what not. I just happen to like speeding. Speeding through an itf that I've done 1000 times before gives me more time to lolbadge/make mids/set out toons/farm/loltriumphpvp/do everything else I want to do. It's also nice when I can run an itf+lg+random other tf in the time it takes a plow team to run 1 tf. I end up with more rewards for my time spent for the most part. It's also nice since I've been playing a lot less recently, the more time I have for other things... the better.
Only defending speeding because people are being defensive about plowing... when no one said anything bad about it.

I'm not joining. Not a fan of joining things. I joined the military once and since then I'm always aprehensive about joining stuff. I joined a few things and still regret joining. But if I were to join (I do like plow missions) I would have to ask. Is this a "Looking for a team/TF channel?" and/or a "chat channel people talk continuously till I have to turn the channel off?"
Nevermind, I'm still scared to join things. Oh well.

Hey there Triumph, as most know since i'm pretty adamant about how I like to play the game and can't stand stealthing through things and needing a constant instant gratification. Hanging out during a TF, chatting, getting XP. I thought it was a much smaller minority then I thought at first, but after a team today I had 9 people already that loved the idea and wanted me to the make the channel.
So if you'd like an invite to Triumph Bulldozers a channel to form up TFs and just normal missions, where you know you won't be ghosting and speeding through things, we'll come along and do story arcs you wanna do or anything really, as long as we're killing stuff!
Before I start getting yelled at for my stupid point of view on what I find fun in this game, and how i'm apparently hating on everybody that doesn't think like me, believe me it's ok if you speed TFs and such. Everybody has a different deffinition of fun and what they do in game that entertains them, so I know there's a lot of people that want no part of this channel and will make fun and talk about how self righteous we are or something. But that's ok, because I love you guys still =D I'm just looking to easily find people that want to do TFs the way I like to do them, which on TW sometimes is like pulling teeth.
