Aurora Borealis
My take on Auoroa is showing the signs of maturity over time. I wanted her to get the natural progression from the little kid stuck with Psyche in her head to growing into her own woman. I took cues from Mother Mayhem design although the opposite spectrum of the black to the white tint showing Hope and Light.



Infernal
My take on Infernal was keeping with his basic design of warrior demon king but giving him updated pieces. Going with a lot of metallic based skulls and chainmail armor while keeping his demon tail and wings and horns. I took his demon form trying to burst through him in the look with the smoldering eye aura.



Luminary
My take on Luminary is almost just like an upgrade to a computer. Using Praetorian technology and basic Clockwork blueprints they designed a new chasis for her. With increased strength and speed using this new form she also is wirelessly connected into the PPD through binary code being sent to her databank, hence the classic green binary coding in her eyes.



Ms. Liberty
My take on Ms. Liberty was a focus on a retro look. With Statesman gone she felt a more silver-age iconic look was in order to be a new symbol for freedom and justice in Paragon. Lots of blues with stars and of course red and white stripes compliment her tribute to Statesman with warrior helmet.



Mynx
My take on Mynx was a more feral look. With the ongoing mutations to her body from the Crey experimentations moving her further from her humanity. Completely covering her body in white and black striped fur and increasing her feline facial apperance.



Swan
My take on Swan was to make her look more classy then trashy. More regal looking with a contrast of white and black colors like a traditional swan. Using wing pieces to represent her namesake and a cape made of real feathers finish the design.



Valkyrie
My take on Valkyrie was simply an armor upgrade. She already had a very classic gladiator look to her I wanted to move that a step further with more visually impressive armor as well as the Roman Crest on her head.



Woodsman
I actually had two ideas for Woodsman so here the first is just an updated look to his original design. In keeping with the antler and earthy design with dirtied leather pants, barbarian type boots and gloves, and a leather belted sash.



Child of Eden (Woodsman 2)
The second take I had on Woodsman was bringing him back into Mortal form. With the surge of refugees from Praetoria needing help The Vindicators were in the thick of things helping as many as they could. One such child was saved from the clutches of Devouring Earth but was worse for ware. Mortally wounded and slipping out of conciousness, the Woodsman used his soul to breathe new life into the child merging with the body of the boy. Granting the child the powers of mother earth herself and giving Woodsman a reborn sense of humanity.

Condolences to his family and friends and SG mates on here. I knew Sentai KB and played with him many times. It's sad to see such a funny guy and great friend leave us sooner than they should. =(

Really bought it just for the costume parts, got a 12 pack, then 5 more singles. From that got all the costume pieces (11 in total), 9 ATOs, 3 Catalysts, over 1000 merits, the Black Wolf Pet, then temps/insps/consumables. When they add them to the Tier 9 Rewards i'm sure each month i'll drop my token for the 5 packs until they release more Tier 9 VIP stuff. While I wouldn't say "This is the worst idea ever", it's deffinetly sketchy in the way they've been mostly silent about the outcry, but I noticed for only spending $15 basically I got everything I wanted and if I didn't get it from those packs, I would of hit my max of $20. But I wouldn't go crazier that than, and with the numbers for unique stuff you'll more than likely get everything in that first $20.

Then again it's all about how willing you are to gamble, cause that's really what it is not kid ourselves. Like any responsible gambling, i'd set a limit. =)

Thanks for the kind words, after doing this for four years and getting runner-up twice, it's nice to finally win it! Although Kay picked which toon I should bring so she gets some credit.

No worries we can always put this on the backburner, I know my job is sucking right now for the immediate future while lots of people take vacations for spring break, and Kay started up class again. I know Slade is dealing with things too outisde of game, and you as well Toxic. Would hate to only have 2-3 of us try and do stuff Friday nights. So we'll just hang it up for a few weeks until things get better for everybody!

I told ya in game, but figure remind ya here, i'm willing to be sold for running TFs of whatever the persons choice for a day. Just lemme know what day/time you're doing this.

Due to being the only reliable and compitent person at work, seems I hafta go in tonight for 3 hours to cover my managers shift. Then get to come home, make dinner, and go to bed so I can come back at 3 am! Woooo! Sometimes I really love my job!

So if you guys wanna run Psyche without me and Kay that's fine, she's in class all day finishing up final stuff for her semester. I'm sure we'll run one sometime this weekend to catch up, hopefully get to 30, the XP is amazing on it! =D

Deffinetly sign me up assuming you don't mind me being a few minutes late. I work Noon-7 tonight, then like 20 minute drive home, so I might be there on time, if not i'll deffinetly be there soon (tm). With whatever we need for team have a plethora of toons sitting at 30!

We scrapped that idea for the Praetorian versions of other heroes/villains we created. Your more than welcome to join still have the final spot open, just need to be Praetor whatever for name, any build is fine. We'll be starting at 6 central (7 est, 4 pacific) and going for three hours starting tonight and going every Friday!

Going with the Praetorian Alternate Versions theme, believe there was like 4 votes for that versus everybody else being partial to either one. We would like everyone to be "Praetor" somebody when they make them to all stick to that, since the concepts and power choices and costumes are going to be completely different for everybody. Right now we have Praetor Anglaise and Praetor Kay for us two. Deffinetly get up to 5 if you can prior to the first meeting for said reasons above, Ninja Run ftw.

We'll be meeting up at 6-9 pm central time on Friday Nights, starting on 1/6/11!

Also the theme has been kinda thrown into two that we like, so whatever you guys are deciding is what we'll go with. Choices between the "natural" non-heroes like the idea above we had and discussed. Or Praetorian Versions of your Main/Favorite character (I know some have done this already, or thought about it). Feel free to message me in game with questions or on here, also start in Praetoria so we can get any ATs available together, and go through Tutorial we'll start up at level 2 that Friday once we decide on which of those themes we're going with.

I'm sure I could of duplicated some answers for other categories but wanted to stick with using a person for only one.

Yeah not starting till first weekend in December, prolly going to do Friday nights. And I put Super Strength in there cause it's a good subsitute for a "brawler" type of character that just beats people up but doesn't know crazy kung fu kicks! =P

I do like that idea, the everyday kind of man as Superhero. Especially with some custom weapons like shovels and wrenches and manhole covers. A lot of costume pieces that hardly get used to like themed hats and helmets. Could have construction workers, police officers, janitors, ect. I think that's neat idea. I'll mess around in costume creator see what other things could make.

After playing around a lot of options for the team, everyone would be Natural origin with no actual like superhuman powers but plenty of sets to choose from still. We'll start in Praetoria so you can make any kind of AT you want and then we'd move to Heroes after level 20.

Sets you could use are any weapon set (Broad Sword, Katana, Dual Blades, Claws, Battle Axe, War Mace, Archery, Assault Rifle, Dual Pistols), Willpower, Super Reflexes, Ninjitsu, Super Strength, Martial Arts, any MM set sans Demons and Zombies, Traps, Trick Arrow, Devices.

Made a DP/Devices blast for the team called Help Desk, very Geek Squad looking guy with Uzi's.

Ehh, as much as I enjoy Marvel comics and there are a great deal of ones I could emulate i'd rather have a more original concept than that.
