Veteran rewards bugged???

From your PlayNC Master Account, click the Support link near the upper-right corner of the page, and file a ticket. When the Support page comes up, click the Ask A Question tab in the middle.
Use the Question field to let them know about the problem. After you're done, you should get an automated reply about check these links blah blah blah. They're useless for this situation, because the Vet Reward Awarding System is broken. Eventually, someone will look over your account, and determine that you should have recieved the 9 months reward, and manually award it to you.
Make sure you have an up to date, valid e-mail address listed in your PlayNC Master Account (log in to your PlayNC Master Account, click on Account Profile on the right, then click on the UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION link on the right hand side of the area in white).

Mine has a 5 month difference. I always assumed it was because I was a beta tester. Wow...I need to look into this.
If you find that the amount of Total Paid Time is less than the amount of Veteran Rewards Time, it's because the free months that come with boxed sets count towards Veteran Rewards Time, but not Total Paid Time.

For example, I pre-pay by the year, so my account status shows a Veteran Time of about 57 months, even though I only just now earned the badge for 45 in-game. I'll receive each badge every 3 months as time passes.
In your case, you might have just paid for your 9th month, but the actual date of your award might not be until next week or the week after. Check further down on your account info to see the date it should have been awarded and THEN contact support if you think there was an error.
I've got a different sort of 'bug'.
Not too long ago, I earned the 30 month veteran reward (actually, I had to /bug it to get the reward, as it was a week or two late, but I digress).
I log on today, and all of a sudden I have the Veteran rewards for 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, and 48 months. There's part of me that is saying "don't complain", but I'm ignoring it.
I didn't earn these veteran rewards. Is this part of the same bug affecting others, or do I need to /bug it separately?

I sent in a ticket and was told not to claim any of the "unearned" rewards in case fixing the problem would mess things up.
I'm currently at 45 months. No, finally reaching 36 months did not give me yet another character slot because it was already awarded to me previously. I expect the same thing to happen when I hit 48.
Even a year later, even after updating my ticket a few times, it was never fixed. To this day, the affected character still has up to the 48 month badges and rewards even though all of my other characters are only on 45. At this point it's not much of an issue for me unless that character doesn't hit 51 when the rest of my account does.
It seems to be all characters on the account. Even brand new ones.
Weird. Hopefully it will get straightened out soon.

Just got the 39 month badge here (a couple weeks ago I had to petition in order to get my 36 month, which was bugged), which is also displayed on my account page, but the account page also says I have 3 years 1 month of Vet Time.
I suppose I will petition this since it's definitely not WAI, although I hate to deprive myself of the Boxing costume set.

This bug seems very prevalent today (Friday). I got my 69 month vet badge (not due for a while), and a heap of others logged on to be greeted with vet badges.

Same type of thing here. Got the 51 and 54 month vet badges and rewards. I shouldn't get 51 for at least a month, much less 54.

They really need to tell whoever is working on the accounts problems that they shouldn't play around with live customer data, but test any fixes on duplicate data.

Logged into my main account the the image above is what you see.
Says for 36 months I'm going to get Oct 9, 2010 when it should be in April 2010, and 39 months which they say Jan 7, 2011 should be in July 2010. The reason why there is a gap of time at the beginning was because it was a 2 week trial account and they kept reactivating my trail account with the free weekends until they got smart and stopped doing that for trail accounts.
It says I have 3 years, 5 months of Veterans time. 3x12=36+5=41
Even paid time would be... 3x12=36+2=38
Yet it says I'm only at 33 which I only got rewarded this morning oO; ok something is really messed up. Look at the dates for when I'm supposed to get rewarded 36 & 39 months?
My 2nd account is all messed up too.

Actually, this thread made me go check my Vet Rewards status on my accounts. Now they're both almost completely correct (my main account is off by one day, but I'm not gonna complain too much about that)!
Now I'm looking forward to getting City Traveller on my second account on June 11, 2011.

I suppose I'll chime in too here as I already submitted a report about the issue elsewhere. I logged on yesterday/today and ended up moving from just shy of 33 Months to about 42 months this morning.
Similar to the above post(s) my dates on my account, though seemingly reasonable, are certainly not what they were a few days ago. Unfortunately this account is from '05 and I have no idea what my actual on/off time has been to offer any verifying. So I'm assuming its a bug.
I feel left out after checking my account. All seems well. But I had to contact support for my last award.
