Electric Control is coming!
I'm so hype for this set, the fact that it has gremlins aka imps seems awesome to me.
I hope they do some wacky stuff with it, maybe a teleport control power?
Darn you beat me to posting this!!! Wheee...this looks like fun..and finally the Incarnate system. Just when I was about to let my sub lapse.
My level 50 Dominators:
Madame Mindbender 50 Mind/Energy
Fly Agaric 50 Plant/Thorn
Nate Nitro 50 Fire/Psi
Now I need to decide what secondary I'll put with it. I'm not a huge fan of Electric Assault. Psi might be nice.
I've had electric fever since they made elec melee and elec armor available for scrappers. I've leveled a scrapper and blaster to 50 and I even came back and am currently leveling a brute; all with elec/elec. Can't wait to try out an elec/elec Dom. I'm currently playing with my first ever and I went with ice/ice. Pretty fun stuff.

So, what do you guys think? Will it sacrifice control ability for endurance drain?
I bet it will have:
Tesla cage, electric fence, electric fences, lightning field, lightning clap, Tesla cages, short circuit maybe (hope), a pet, and a revamped EM pulse.

Control you need to stack mag until you cross a threshold, in which case it takes full effect. Before then, the control is not doing much. Same goes for drain, but you have a blue bar to watch to see how far to go until the target cannot attack. I've gained a better appreciation for endurance control on my kin/electric defender, which is probably one of the strongest out there for that form of mitigation. I hope they let electric control be as good at sapping...could be really fun. The fear I have is that we dominators might be left for end drain abilities balanced against the possibility of -end that controllers get. Here's hoping not.
Since we've gotten arachnos troops, I've always hoped to make a mu. With elec/elec doms, I can!

Gremlins in Cap have Charged Bolts and Charged Brawl (at least the animations).
I see a Tesla Cage animation in one of the photos and the looks of a single lightning arc animation steaking through another mob (can't tell what that is).
The developers have been good to add new tricks to sets released post-Croatoa/Issue 5. I'm sure there's some new tricks (like Swap Ammo in Dual Pistols, Combos in Dual Blades, team buffs and Shield Charge in Shield, etc.) in Electrical Control (and Kinetic Melee).

i am kinda excited about this. i don't know why exactly. think it is going to be ok.
how is the electric assault as a power set on a dom? not played it on a dom.
On my def, i use alot of the chance for stun/disorient, which not great, but works sometime. On the def, i use oppressive gloom, stun procs and the hold, and that works great. I take it the stun procs can be slotted into the elec assault melee powers?
did they ever fix power sink so the stun proc works right in it?
With Mu patron, that give you two aoe ranged attacks, and an aoe melee with disorient, looking interesting.
ummmmm short circuit would be very nice.....what about jacobs ladder? don't know that power either?
