I can't get on the test server (*sigh* 
) but I have noticed that the login UI looks so CRISP and SHARP now. I'm diggin' it and I hope the rest is like this.

How about the ability to swim underwater. That would open up some new missions and mission styles along with a new water powerset. And I don't mean zoning underwater, just go in the water, and look down, and press w...and poof, your underwater.
How about (and I've mentioned this for years), make it where you can fly up, and when you hit the top of the map, your in a new zone.....SPACE!!!! make a zone a space station. for the non flyers, make a rocketship station, like a train station in 1 zone. Or teleporter somewhere in Atlas.
How about more 3 dimensional trees that the leaves actually move seperate from the trunk....and make the truck bend with the wind.
With the water, make waves happen instead of a particle splash. Make the water actually react to you, along with grass and bushes.
Weather. In the whole time this game has been up and running, there hasn't be any rain, thunderstorms, overcast without zombies or ritki showing up, snow falling. Throw some weather out there.
Moving hair is a good idea, Tired of my guys using millions of influence on extra firm hold hair gel. It's hair, not stone. It should move.
As far as costumes, I would like to address the costume creator. How about giving us more options. how about giving us more choices for the head...of course. As for the body, Can you make it more customizable. Add upper left arm, upper right are, lower left arm, lower right arm. Chest is good, but add costume selection for abdomen. Lower body, how about as for as legging, do upper left and a seperate upper right, then lower left and lower right. It will open up more costume options, and make for some interesting costumes.

500g = 512,000megs
"500g" = 500,000megs
~12gigs is quite a bit to lose just because they're lying about a gig really is.

In which case they mislabel it due to the knowledge that most people don't care about the extra 24 megs, so they don't advertise the extra 24....but it's there no matter what they market. All computer computation for memory, storage, etc... is in bits....
Computer talks in 8s, 8 bits make a byte, 1024 bytes make a kb, and so on and so forth. Just b/c HDD manufacturer says 1000megs for 1 gig, doesn't mean ****.
It's just easier advertising to say 1000megs is a GB. Whos gonna miss 24 megs.
And I got this from Seagate. I have a friend who works for them.

Even though I don't think I'm invited into closed beta, I'm running my CoH Test updater, and the I17 download is 879Mb. Looks like ultra mode is a pretty hefty update.
